Emeric is my favorite eso monarch. He is very down to earth and uses truth as humor. He admits his frailties, but has more courage in his little finger than all of Tamriel put together. Love him!

@@Doom-Shepard by constantly getting captured. He let Vamps take him hostage in his own castle. I guess he can whistle and dance to keep the prisoners entertained. Nords are a fun race to play but they have the worst leaders.
Have you ever properly covered the different heroes of each Province/ kingdom? Sure there's lore on each faction, but lots more on specific characters like the Companions best like Aela or Kodlak. Whats their relationship with Balgruuf? If the city of Whiterun was under attack by an actual military force, would these heroes step up? Or in the Vigilants; who's their moat powerful knight/ paladin?

I felt that Emeric was one of the better leaders in Elder Scrolls Online. Queen Ayren is also good. The Bard King of Skyrim is the weakest.

@@giantmonkee1199 At least he wasn't killed and had to be ressurected, like Emeric. That's a pretty bad thing to have on your resume.
@@TheTdroid The Bard King sort of died in the alliance questline. He was poisoned and dreaming about his sister or something

The Ebonheart pact is ridiculous!!! But the Daggerfall Covenant is a rare bit of good lore from ESO though.
