- Hey Party People! thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share this new meal plan with you! well it's a meal plan and large costco grocery haul along with some food prep and recipes!! woop! I finally did it. all in one. haha not that it was ever on my list of things to do but i'm glad nonetheless. I shared a recipe for 3 ingredient toddler chicken nuggets, four really if you include salt! It's simple and that's good. I also made a nice litle snack / appetizer garlic lemon chicken peppers - I don't actually know the name of them but they're good too. I have a banger of a what's for dinner video coming up based off of the recipes that I meal planned for this week! Heck of a thing to look forward to! Thanks for hanging around for all of it!

Fantasy & action like Stranger Things I feel are different because it’s such a fictional reality that I could tell a 12 year old, remember this is fake and can’t happen. Unless they don’t like horror so forget. Point being everyone has to make the right decision for there family but def nay to G&G

My oldest baby never slept either and also took 10 minute naps. I feel you Kim! No one quite believes you or knows how hard it is until they have a baby of their own that has that temperament! Hang in there! I seem to remember a flip switched closer to 11 months!
Yup. The meat is fine. I got myself a food scale this week. I just hope the bags are 1 lb. Great video. Thank you for all the fun. You are an amazing mom, 12 years ago and today.
My niece hired a sleep coach because the baby never slept. I thought it was a ridiculous idea but it worked. The premise was so logical and I know you’ve dealt with four other children but just some food for thought.

Hello Kim! Something that helped me with meal planning burn out is I only do two to three new recipes per week along with a new dessert. Then with the remaining meals I will only do tried and true (minimal brain functioning) and super easy convenience meals. I don't put them into days either, I make a pile of recipes, grocery shop for those, and then when dinner is approaching I can choose what fits my brain function of the day, lol. ☺️
Good advice! I try maybe one new thing a week these days.

Kim, when you talked about the ever roast chicken it reminded me of a sample that I had once, they made a grilled cheese with the ever roast chicken and deli sliced white American cheese. Delicious!

Cook Once Eat All Week is still worth the buy in my opinion. Yes, the title is misleading but it's still great having those 3 meals ready and the recipes are delicious.
Ginny & Georgia is the name of the show and my goodness you guys 100% made the right decision I as a 41-year-old adult started watching it and there’s just too many inappropriate scenes in it 100% would not let a child of any age watch it
100% agree. I couldn't watch past the 3rd episode. It was a huge disappointment IMO.

Hi Kim! Went for the first time ever to Costco in New Zealand, 3ish hour drive to get there and again to get home. I so many things I wanted but I hesitated with some lol 😂 gotta go back in a few months. But phew was the experience exhausting!
I LOVE the Tru Fru frozen fruits!!! My favorite is the pineapple/coconut and the banana/peanut butter!!! Sooo good!!!
Kim I totally understand nothing worked for my child either it rough what help me was coffee protein bars and shakes nap when the kiddo did because that may be all the sleep I got

You can buy a large silicone liner for your air fryer
The ciabatta rolls are also amazing toasted with peanut butter. And if you can get the plant based queso at Costco, delicious 😋

My daughter is 12 & it’s a constant battle with T.V shows music and almost everything she sees other kids her age doing. I’m like your 12 those are adult things. I’m just amazed @ what parents let there kids watch & do. I’m not a judgmental person & pretty easy going but she’s 12 & a lot of those things are for older teens. I always use the saying when your 18 you can decide. Until then my job is to protect those eyes & ears from anything that’s “inappropriate”. I tell her once she’s seen or heard something you can’t undo it.
As a family of twelve, meal planning and freezer meals are a must!

I hear you on the too many recipes! Black n white print out is good but printing the color in that little square why does it make a difference but does! I did like the ready to bake things you found love the adding sides to stretch it. Thanks for sharing your recipes they look yummy. Have a great week
Hubby and I are GB fans but we also wanted the Bills and Bengals in the Super Bowl once we knew GB was out. We will watch the Eagles and the Chiefs on Sunday because the Super Bowl is as good as excuse as any to have all the party foods!!

No for kids good but definitely no kid friendly! The quick and easy meal for us is crockpot turkey chili or soup! I normally don’t watch the game per say! I watch it for the commercials 😂! This year I’m going to a Super Bowl and I thing the Eagles will win!
I am so sorry to hear Wolfgang isn't sleeping for you, I'm currently in that stage of life as well with my two-and-a-half-month old. I almost wrote 2 1/2 month year old, so that tells you just how straight my mind is working! How often are you waking? Hope you get some rest soon and that he does as well

So many great dinner ideas. Sometimes I get stuck in a rut and seeing what others are planning helps. Oh and for a Toner have you tried just old fashioned Witch Hazel? Works great as a toner and also good for abrasions.
PS- I saw Someone make a fruit salad the other day. They chopped up the fruit really tiny, added a “dressing” of lime juice, honey and cinnamon. Then they ate it like salsa with those Stacy’s cinnamon/ sugar pita chips. I’m making this for my kids the next time I buy Fruit! 😋

Aww hen if I lived near you I would come to Costco with you and do the trolly and the lifting and you could do the filming and Wolfgang. And the supper bowl is loved by a lot of my family here in UK and I would love to have a supper bowl party, but it starts here about 12am at night and finishes about 5 in the morning lol so staying awake to the end is hard going lol, and I am a NYG fan, but this year I am going for Philadelphia, so its bed and popcorn for us. So enjoy the game and have a fun time. xoxoxoxox

Kim you are not wrong on the prices and what you get now a days. Im Always sticker shocked when going to Costco or any grocery store. Here in at my Costco those strawberries cost me $12.99. Lets just say where not going to buy those anymore. Sad!

Thank you for being so honest about postpartum. I had a really hard time and I feel like I was shamed for it. I love my baby with everything in me but postpartum is so hard. It took about 4 months for me to feel happy again and my sweet girl is 8 months old and we are having the best time!! You are amazing, 5 kids and filming it's like 6 full time jobs! You absolutely inspire me!
So sorry you felt shamed. It is so hard dealing with alllll of the highs and lows of emotions. You're not alone though. This has been a really challenging postpartum for me- I'm glad I can share a sliver of it and make your feelings valid.
@@thewadsquad ive been very upset over that RN mom who killed her kids. Doctors need to WAKE UP! Antidepressants dont help!! Its a hormone issue- the rapid dump of oxytocin, estrogen, progesterone after placenta delivered isnt tolerable for some bodies. Its a MEDICAL issue, not mental. Hang in there moms- it’s temporary & will go faster the older the kiddo gets. (Cant believe i have an almost 19yr old!)
(Im not saying YOU two are depressed- the sleep deprivation is a torcher we just endure) but please let friends know what i shared if they are pregnant & have a history of PP depression. It gets worse w each child & Dr’s need to perscribe correct hormones to start immediately after delivery- but need to find a amarty Dr who knows)
@@crawleyr4919 I lost a child in 2020 and I dealt with a lot of pregnancy losses I think some of the sadness came from that. A lot of people thought that I shouldn't miss our first daughter anymore because we had another child. My baby was also in the NICU and I was recovering from a C-section it was a lot. Plus we were told because of medical issues that pregnancy for me wouldn't be advisable (I had an incredibly complicated pregnancy, I had 4 to 5 appointments a week along with two ultrasounds a week) our girl is perfectly healthy now but I was terrified. That didn't help the situation, I felt like I was grieving the big family we so wanted.
@Crawley R That's a great point to address the hormones! Most doctors don't even know how to address menopause and every woman goes through it.
Kim. Maybe you should keep your meal plans, instead of wiping them off. You can make notes, cross off the "meh" meals, and in a couple of months you can just reuse the same weekly plan.

Dipping sauce. In Puerto Rico we use mayoketchup on all food 🥺. Super simple to make and it taste good. All you need is a bottle of ketchup, mayo and garlic. Yes, bottle of ketchup and mayo. Mix well. Time to make fries and tostones and eat up 🙌. Buen provecho!!! 🙌🙌🙌

Hello Wad Family My Uncle was a butcher. I’m talking real butcher.Not like the ones today in the grocery stores.He used to put the animals blood in with the chopped meats to give them their color and when it turned that brown,grey color more blood was put in and mixed.Then back in the meat case it went.Just as fresh as the first day they put it out for sale.All the butcher’s did this . I’m seriously making a recipe from that cookbook for dinner! We love the Cook Once Eat All Week! We love the broccoli chicken fried rice and it seriously has enough leftovers for at least two days!

Once again Kim, a great video . I'm just sitting chilling after taking my dog for a walk. Seeing your snacks reminded me I had some dried fruit and nuts so I got some mini packets of cheese cubes from the fridge , combined them and ate them. As someone who grew up with these ingredients being a staple in the home, it definitely was not a chore to make tacos. Rice, beans, salsas and tortillas were just there. We didn't eat tacos every night but these items were definitely a part of almost every meal.
Chunky salsa has a lot if those veg toppings.

I bought 2 packs of the same cheese and crackers….very good by themselves but add fruit with it and it’s delicious !! A big snack but filling !! ( maybe a lunch ??)
