The very first bugs run for the Blitz Divers! Was so happy to have been a part of this. I spent quite a while on my ship loading into and quitting operations to farm this map seed.
The cookout pretty much serves as a drop in replacement for the good old Breaker Incendiary (RIP, modified by Alexus Bringer of Balance). All 4 of us actually brought the exact same weapon loadout, although our armor and stratagem choice varied.
Compared to bots, baiting a breach away from objectives was even more important due to how punishing and time consuming it can be to fight a bug swarm. That job fell on me which I did after clearing the stalker lair.
Additionally, bug nests are much harder to clear compared to bot outposts featuring smaller spawners in far greater number. Bug holes are burrowed into the ground and much less vulnerable to air support, and are also unable to be targeted by the orbital laser (although it can destroy them if it passes through). This means that the best tools available to destroy them are barrages, the spear, and the commando, which our team makes good use of here to achieve a fast clear. One can also fire explosive weaponry into the holes, however the positioning of holes often makes this slower compared to the previously listed options.
The open, visible biome of Crimsica is highly beneficial here, as it allows the shrieker nest and spore spewer to be easily sniped cross map. These are the fastest side objectives for bugs so long as you bring appropriate stratagems/support weapons!
Lastly, the E-710 main objective is fairly easy featuring few terminal inputs and can be completed in a short amount of time. The subobjectives are somewhat annoying however, with multiple pumps to turn and the most difficult terminal stage in the game (pipe puzzle, also its randomly generated every reset).

Thanks so much! This is a pretty strong time yeah but I think it might have been possible to do sub 7 minute ideally! We lost about 30 seconds on main for example
getting zovc in just for the maps 🤣 (jk)
lol he and walloper just honestly happened to be in vc when I asked for runners (but it is very nice of him to do this!)
