    Yes!! This is something I struggle with! 1. working out because it’s very difficult for me to get motivated about it 😂 but also, just starting anything! starting is always the hardest part.

      Same! I wrestled with the motivation for a while but sometimes, you just gotta jump in

    A trick i use as i get older is, setting a certain length for a training camp. 5 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks or more. Take a week or 10 days off inbetween. Even 2 weeks if the exercise has been going on for a long time. Let the aches and pains recover and sleep well inbetween. But if life gets in the way, accept that and then get back on the horse when everything calms down again. Rope flow is a cool warm up or alternative to tiresome, heavy impact training. Good for mobility, the weaker side of the body and joints!! Water with a squeeze of lemon is a must also! Peace out buddy, keep up the efforts and find new ways to motivate yourself to move. Be relentless.
