hi there.. im new to filipino martial arts .. my suggestion for that is probably efficascent oil..apply it on affected area and massage it gently.. I haven't tried it yet when I trained and had sore muscles.. but I remember it as a kid when my grandmother used it when I had muscle pains and discomfort after playing outside
