I've own one for the past 3 years and it was my first 35mm camera. I absolutely love it and wouldn't change it for anything. It was the only camera I took with me to a recent trip to Italy and I don't regret it one second.

Nice video mate! I use the canon A1 for slr... but that F3 shutter sound... soo good!

Man! Stay tuned, I plan on doing a video about my A1 too... that camera is so underrated, and I would say if it weren't for the design, winder, 1/1000 shutter speed limit and of course that shutter sound... it would be as good of a camera or maybe even better! Thanks for watching dude

If you want to "waste" a frame just leave the lens cap on and double expose crank to recock the shutter. Thus not wasting anything.

Nice review on the F3! I just picked up a Minty one (HP) at my local camera shop 350 bucks with a Nikon 50mm 1.8. I also just ordered a 28mm f/3.5 for it. Can't wait to shoot with it. I wonder if it will be as Sharp as my Minolta X-700 with a 50mm 1.7 MD.

Thanks Jorge! What a deal! You will love it. The sharpness is in the lenses my friend. Let me know how you enjoy it and thanks so much for watching!

I have the Canon New F1 and love it, it’s pretty much the same camera.

I’ve had a few Canon cameras, while some are really good (like the A1), there’s something about the shutter that doesn’t feel as good!
