The funny thing is, this character and Kumail's voice are in the actual retail version of the game and he sounds exactly like he does in this video, which is exactly how he sounds in real life...I laughed so hard when I encountered him in the game and saw that this was not just a joke for this skit but actually part of the real game.
Kumail is actually super quick and funny. On Dan Harmon's old podcast he killed it every time. I wish he did more stuff where he has to improvise, instead he's always in something scripted... What a waste of a great comedian!
Along with the Elijah Wood video, this is one of the VERY FEW Clueless Gamer w/ a celeb that are actually good. It certainly helps that they were actually playing the game and making jokes relevant to the game, and featured a celebrity who's entertaining and has a genuine interest in gaming/fantasy.
Or just some gamers watching these videos. Always some downvoters annoyed they aren't taking the game seriously or the famous person "doesn't really care."

I think his voice makes sense for the character. If he was one of the menacing sadistic orcs it wouldn't work but the agonizer seems like he is somewhat cowardly and is actually more of a logical orc which in orc society would make him somewhat of an outcast. I like it

Shadow of War is literally one of my favorite games. Just listening to these people talk about it and make humorous gestures sort of makes me happy I got it. I'm not disappointed by the gameplay too :)
I got The Agonizer in my game, which I only recently started playing, and I noticed immediately that it sounded like Kumail, and it's just delightful to know it actually *is* Kumail. He's gonna be my best orc friend.
He is spot on. I mean look at that runt little orc, he need that high pitched voice to match his profile. He was meant to be that, it's just that you guys saw and heard it first on conan revealing kumail did the voiceover.
His voice really is off-puttingly contrasting w literally every other orc in the game, including the goofy Poet/Rhymer and Singer... but he's also giving- just by that fact and how fun he voices it- possibly the most endearing orc voice of them all. So... all good. And, mind you, there's a recent Reddit post raving in favor of him. I'll have to keep an eye out for The Agonizer because I want him in my Army.
