There are certain acts that are known for giving us what we didn't know we needed. And you folks are at the top of the list. Amazing version of a classic.
First, heartfelt congratulations for a successful show! Second, your cover version of this song has been one of my favorites, not just of your work but of songs in general, for years. It gets right inside my heart and aches, it's so lovely. I didn't realize it could touch me any more deeply than that, but this live version, with its blend of humor and profound beauty, did. Thank you so much for sharing it.

Fear of the Dark has always been my fav Maiden song.. Every time I go to a Maiden concert, I ALWAYS lose my voice during that song..
I still remember the first time i heard it live, Donnington 92 - It was the highlight of the day for me by far!
@@mrsanity Sadly that was before I had known of the bands existence.
I didn't know about them until 1998 from a car battle game called Carmageddon 2. They were the soundtrack to the game. From that point I was hooked.. I believe the first song from them I ever heard was Aces High. But I didn't know the songs real name, so I just named it "Falling down" lol.
I was 14 at the time.. About to turn 40 in less than a month..
Stuff like this became a proper CORE MEMORY of mine.

You change A LOT with the song, you played just some melodies, riffs, phrases and passages! Idk. I am not saying just copying the exact thing, but at the same time not CHANGING A LOT! you can change the keys or feel, though, but not changing the identity A LOT! This is just my opinion and taste 🤷♂️, nevermind!

Invidio la vostra capacità di ribaltare canzoni stupende rendendole così diverse, eppure sempre familiari. E soprattutto MAI degradandole, semmai restituendo una fresca interpretazione che è sempre un piacere da ascoltare.
Se fai bene attenzione, dubito dopo l'Eurovisione il violinista cita "See you again" della colonna sonora di Fast And Furious 7, nonchè celeberrima musica da meme XD
