Apologize for the tech issues and short episode... I was going to not release this.. but I love seeing James learn to love this song.
What a voice!! My second favorite of Roy's songs.
Yeah, Roy somehow has that effect on everyone that is blessed by his amazingness!!!
We also did Blue Angel(MY FAV).. check that out!
Just a side note,at the recording session of Crying,Roy's producer, the late Fred Foster, said "He electrified everyone present."
Love context like this! Thanks so much. - Justin
@@THEDEEPDIVE You're very welcome.Any fan of Roy's is a friend of mine!
"The Emo Elvis" was brilliant! I love it!
Roy Orbison: King of the 2 1/2 minute Opera.
glad someone gets my sense of humor!
Magnificent musical misery, from the Caruso of rock,Roy Orbison
Well said!
When we went to his shows it was like getting hit with a wall of sound and it was all him no electronics just that voice.
I love hearing from folks who saw Roy live!
I'd listen to Crying done later in Orbison's life (like from Black And White Night) when the song was more refined (imo) and I believe after some of the tragedies in his life when his voice took on a sadder tone.
The other Orbison songs I'd recommend are Leah (personal favourite) and The Comedians. The whole Black and White night show was brilliant, the man could sing like no other live.
Thanks for the recommendations.
Im with you there , This man can sing / and he was a good human to to along with it .
You should show him the video of Roy Orbison doing [You Go It] in Belgium. Roy died 17 days later of a sudden heart attack, before the song was even released on record.
We also did Blue angel.. hope you check out that video.
Roy was known back then as "THE VOICE" MOST of his songs were like that, where they would BUILD like "CRYING" You both should watch the PBS special "ROY ORBISON - A BLACK AND WHITE NIGHT" (it was filmed in Black and White, and has other famous artists as his band and back up singers...K.D. LANG, BONNIE RAIT, BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, ELVIS COSTELLO, JACKSON BROWN, JENNIFER WARNE, and others.
Let him listen to, I Drove All Night, by Orbison.
Nice reaction, fantastic vocals❤
All his hits were great songs he had a unique voice one of the best. .

Fun watching you two!
Thanks so much RIck!

The emo elvis... ive never heard him called that 🤣
LOL! I'm glad someone understood that joke.
Make sure you check out us doing Blue Angel!
@@THEDEEPDIVE I don't think many people my age (late 30's) would lol!
Orbison was great and the song was excellent. Get with it youngster!
you didn't watch the whole thing. He loved the song.
someone asked Elvis how it felt yo be the best singer ever and his answer was You'll have to ask Roy Orbison,
I can see why.
Great and awesome react, I can see your numbers exploding. Keep it real.
I'm old so I can recommend hundreds of great oldies but of all them I would ask if you have seen "Eruption", by Eddie Van Halen?
Psychiatrist: Where did he touch you?
Eddies Guitar: EVERYWHERE
Yes we both know eruption very well.
Terrible reaction.
both of us loving it wasn't enough for ya?
What unsubstantiated commentary!
Elvis considered Roy Orbson's voice to be the best of all!
Please do more reaction videos of him
