Great job! I have been given Celebrex after taking ibuprofen for years. I have found Ibuprofen works better for me. Celebrex does not seem to be as good.

I have been in so much pain from my DDD and sciatica especially in my glute and cslf..
Ive been taking lyrica 75 mg at night and 25 mg during the day..my body is getting used to the evening dose but the day dose 25mg during the day doesnt help and just makes me so drowsy.
I just started taking celebrex this morning. Not sure if i should take the lyrica as well.
    Any help would be appreciated.
I'm looking into regenerative medicine at this point / stem cell therapy but its very invasive

Regenerative is a good option for sure. But stem cell therapy is not invasive. If it is you're looking at the wrong type. I talk more about the type of stem cell therapy I personally do here: www.curtis-alexander.com

@@AskCurtisthanks! I will definitely have a look at your link. Regenerative medicine as in injecting stem cells retrieved from my own bone marrow into the discs and surrounding area. We don't have this in Canada so I would go to NY. I don't know if it would just help my DDD (,back pain) or my sciatica as well?

@@a.g.3412 Make sure you educate yourself about your options. I would NOT do the therapy you are looking at. Number of reasons for that but bottom line is I have seen too many people get inferior results doing it this way.

The study was probably funded by the manufacturer of celebrex....this looks like the researchers cooked the books to make it sound better
