They had the talent for sure. Probably 100's of great bands never got the attention they should have in the 80's. Malice comes to mind right off. But yeah Lizzy should have been much bigger.
They were beyond underrated, and it's annoying. These guys were definitely not a Hair Metal band. If you ever saw them live in the early days. They were like a much heavier Alice Copper as far as live shows were concerned. Just a tad less crazy than King Diamond. They are still around making music. Which is great. Still have great memories.

I know right, it’s weird because now they become more like an horror punk band, in terms of looks, but I still love this band

Lizzy Borden were Glam Metal in the early days.
Poison is Hair Metal.
They might look hair metal, but musically they sound more power metal.
They where way to powerful and talented, to be "hairmetal". But they got he looks... I geuss it was sarcasm. ;-)

Lizzy must have been proud of his nails the way he keeps doing that move with his hands near his face.
His?
@@rsvp9146 yes Lizzy is a male
I'm guessing, like his blood red Jaguar and Los Angeles lifestyle, his affectation with the nails was just a part of the show.
He's just eccentric and androgynous. It's part of his act/gimmick.
Yeah, it's weird cuz they don't seem like anything special. Not like Nomi's from _Showgirls_ or something.
