This morning I made the avocado spread (love avocados! My best way to eat them is sprinkle some sea salt, hot sauce and a squeeze of lemon!), and let me tell you it's life changing!!! Thank you Michele for making this video and please keep them coming!

This was great! We eat a lot of the same things except your breakfast looks better than mine!! One of my fave dinners arugula topped with capers smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail and served with horseradish mayo and cherry tomatoes. Everyone share a fave so we will have lots of ideas. If you what something new fro breakfast try this omelette. My girls love it. fresh spinach, red bell peppers(chopped), smoked salmon. fried them together with coconut oil. then add beaten egg. salt and pepper. I might try the muffins. Looks delicious. Awesome Michele!

Great video! You mention you try to prepare what you can on Sunday to make weekday cooking more efficient. Could you do a video/blog post on tips/shortcuts on what to prepare on weekend to make weekday cooking quicker and easier? I have a very active toddler, so any shortcuts/tips on how to speed up cooking would be greatly appreciated. :)
My make aheads always include brown rice and quinoa....than throughout the week I use them as sides, add stuff to them and have them for lunch or add to salads, etc. Also, if I plan on having pasta that week, I make my sauce ahead of time (same goes for eggplant parm, lasagna, ziti, etc.)

A lot of great ideas for meals, thanks for sharing! Just curious, do you have a Vitamix? Ninja? I'm shopping around for a good blender to make my smoothies.
I have both....had the Ninja for 2 years or so and just purchased the Vitamix. I have to say the quality is night / day. The Vitamix blends SO much better and smoother and its so much easier to clean. Because the Ninja's blade is separate, I can't tell you how often I cut myself washing it. I also didn't find that it always worked to blend things well.
