They Added LISA to I'm on Observation Duty and She's EVERYWHERE - Para Eyes

- Welcome back to PARA EYES! This is a brand new I'm on Observation Duty style game that hasn't come out yet! We got special early access from the developers to find all the crazy anomalies first! And they just added a new map which adds LISA to the game. I really hope you enjoy!

Imagine a Phasmo type of game where one guy have a job of spot the different while other 4 have to roam the map, trying to fix things as soon as a different is spotted.
Where the whole thing go around fixers's sanity, the lower their sanity the more anomalies spawn, so they have to return to the safe zone somewhere outside the cam's vision, restore their sanity and prepare tools to fix anomalies, while the anomalies can only be seen through camera and the fixers have a tool that can instant check but lower their sanity if failed.
And then comes HUGE MAN!!!
This is actually an amazing game idea.
Doesn't have to be sanity, it can be "paranormal energy" building up or something.
But I really like the idea of having to cooperate with describing things over a radio, etc.
Could add in things like hunts, or danger elements. Maybe something coming through the camera supernaturally if you spend too long looking at an anomaly, etc.
Lots of ideas to work with!

It was nice hearing that Insym enjoyed the same things I did about computer science courses, especially Algorithms for me. It's just a shame that my college ruined a lot of it for me. A lot of it was points taken off for syntax errors while writing on paper on tests, rather than just testing us on the logic, which was more important. There was such a high turnover in the department because a lot of these professors were smart, but didn't know how to teach the material to other people, and thus a lot of students would complain. When I started taking professors that have been there for a while, it became apparent why they were there so long: because they knew what they were doing. My final project was creating a small web based game with a small group for my favorite professor, and it was so fun to make.
Now, I've just been learning a bit about Unity and honestly have been dreaming of making a horror game on my own that Insym will play. I have yet to decide if I'm going to add all of the things he says he enjoys about game design, or all the things he hates. We'll see someday hopefully!

Unfortunately my depression and anxiety have been so bad that I haven’t been able to tune into your streams, but I just wanna say I appreciate the amount of content you put out here too. The work to edit the stream content so it’s suitable for YT, such as timing the recording and trimming parts with little worthwhile content, and everything like that, I know it adds up to quite a bit of time-to do that and be streaming several hours a day, every day, is incredible. Add to this the fact you’ve created such a wholesome and supportive community in your audience, whether in Twitch chat or the comments here on YT. Thank you, genuinely, for doing what you do. 💕

So after watching the first one, I can say that I am absolutely doubling down on my love for this game! The small details are so much fun and, again, I love the sounds added.
I don't know anyything about the Unity Game Engine but an idea I had that this Dev may be able to do (or not) is:
In Grandma's House, the Dining room has a hole in the ceiling and "Glass" (Ceiling pieces) on the floor. A spectacular Audio Jumpscare opportunity lies in that hole not originally being there, then the roof "caving in" in that spot (very loudly, might I add) and you pan over it to see Grandma laying on the floor under the hole as if she'd fallen through? Or Emily!
I love these types of games and I can't wait to see how this one develops, especially with the added anomaly types such as Arachnophobia. Snakes would be a fun addition there! And Sudden Darkness (nyctophobia).

I wish some of the sound effects were a little less "positive" and a little more eerie. The sound effect that plays when successfully reporting an anomaly makes it feel less of like "Oh damn this is super otherworldly and paranormal, and needs to be fixed asap or I'll die" and more like an arcade game.
It would also be nice to see a bit of film grain and ambient noise to add to the horror element, because as it is, it's very tame.
There's something cozy about watching these videos that are a couple hours long I appreciate the time it probably takes to upload them from the Stream

As someone working on other things on my main monitor (incidentally an Observation Duty fan game) and watching this through the corner of my eye on a side monitor, I can say so many of the rooms in Grandma's house look like people in the whitespace and/or negative space. So many times I've looked back at stream thinking there was a ghost up close on the camera that Insym was missing lol

Just FYI: The reason for the Pledge of Allegiance and the respect for the flag is due to the fact that the United States is the FIRST country that was founded on an ideology, not a specific race. It was a way for people to display their devotion to WHAT a country stood for, not what race you were. There were plenty of people who fell short of our country's ideals through history, but the idea that men are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, particularly rights like free speech, freedom of religion, and a free press, is a concept that millions of immigrants came here for. THAT is why the Pledge and the flag USED to be important. Now, they are just something else to crap on.
Also, Latin American countries have their flags EVERYWHERE and the Union Jack used to fly around the world. It isn't out of the ordinary. In fact, one of the first things that despotic regimes do is replace a country's flag: Nazis, Soviets, the CCC...
"One nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all" wasn't a bad thing to start the day with.

I do think movies in black and white have a certain feeling to them that colored movies never get, if used correctly. Grand Hotel Budapest is a movie that uses 4:3 ratio instead of the usual widescreen they do, and it makes it totally unique. The makers also tried using the format in different ways to make some scenes really work.

Most gym floors are made of Maple Wood typically 8mm in thickness, however if there are to be any Heavy Lifting be it Olympic Lift or Cross Fit then the flooring would be 1/2 inch.

I've got a bit of head cannon lore for I'm on Observation Duty's Anomalies and such.
Short form:
Timothy had always dreamed of becoming a successful paranormal investigator. However, failure after failure to show his paranormal studies led him to seek alternative means of finding the paranormal. One day, he happened across a haunted relic, that spoke to him. An ancient evil that could grant him a wish, though it would have consequences.
Timothy agreed, he wanted the fame. And with that, the entity broke into our world. At first, it was simple paranormal type of incidences, furniture moving at random, objects disappearing. Timothy made a name for himself, and his company, in detecting these anomalies, and fixing them. How? A specialized video camera system, linked to the paranormal, which reversed the flow of occult energy, restoring the items to their original state. But soon, the anomalies began getting, stranger. Large abyss presences, reality warping distortions, and strangers from beyond the veil. It was clear, that Timothy, in his greed, caused a widespread shock. His company, and those formed alongside to compete in the market, are now in an arm's race against the anomalies themselves. Keeping the anomalies at bay is the secret to keeping the entity from destroying the living plane. If too many anomalies slip past during a containment effort, the seal breaks, and life as we know it ceases.

For me school was always miserable so you would try to entertain yourself by any means, and over the years I started to notice when people are bored they will try to create entertainment from clicking a pen all the way to bully others to get a reaction, and gezzus crist homework should be optional and incentive to do it, bad enough people have to wake up at 6-7am every day just to learn poetry all year round, does not take a genius to tell you that a bored mind never learns anything.

I was so nervous about starting college, but by the end of my first day I was completely fine with it. I got really lucky with my roommate and my suite mate. I also remember being anxious to start high school after 8th grade haha.
I actually really like when I see models appearing in different games! for me it's like seeing my favourite actors appearing in different shows! Like, Phasmo bunny is allowed to take on multiple job roles! He's got bills to pay like the rest of us

High school sucked for me also those chairs with the basket under the seats we had those at my high school. Also high school was more stressful for me it was a pain in the ass while college was less stressful mainly because u have more control over certain things u previously had no control of in high school

The pledge of allegiance kinda varies on where you're living. More conservative states really go for it, while liberal states will have some places do it but not as much as the red states.
When I was in elementary school(K through 6th grade), we did it once every Wednesday. It was a bit more common in middle school(7th/8th) for me since that's when the 9/11 attack happened. EDIT: We didn't do it at all in High School(9th-12th).
Still, regardless of when and why, NO ONE enjoyed doing it here in California, or at least the bay area. For us it was just another chore.
