- Piers Morgan is joined by Sarah Hewson to react to the shocking news that Kate Middleton the Princess of Wales, has revealed that she is undergoing treatment for cancer.
The princess disclosed that after undergoing abdominal surgery at the start of the year, doctors discovered cancerous cells, leading her to begin chemotherapy. This news comes amidst a difficult time for the royal family, as Prince William's father, King Charles III, is also battling cancer.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have also wished "health and healing" for the Princess of Wales. They said they hoped Kate and her family were able to heal "privately".

FYI -. I also had cancerous cells and took Preventative Oral therapy and surgery to remove cells and I am totally healthy and fine 6 years later. Just wanted to share this as I met many woman that were on this journey who are also fine… so please know she will be WELL!!! Medication works and she is strong and young and this is a bump in her road towards being Queen!!!

Thank you for sharing. Hope you are well. I am elderly and have friends of advanced years who had, not one, but multiple bouts of cancer. But they are still thriving and living a full life. Princess Catherine is so young and live such a wholesome life. There is no doubt she will be 100% well like you in future.

Those children especially the younger two are at a hard age to tell them this, those ages even normal children tend to fear their parents dying even when nothing is wrong. I have a 6yr old granddaughter I raise and she has recently brought up worrying I am going to die. Most kids go thru that stage and these kids are going to have to be reassured over and over. Shame on everyone who couldn’t leave her alone.

My thoughts with them all. In August we as a family lost our brother to cancer, at the time my neice was going through the same. She passed away in October, and our mother passed away on January 20th this year. So its been an emotional rough ride, in which as a family we are still coming to terms with. Wishing Catherine the Princess of Wales our thoughts and prayers. ❤❤❤❤
