No doubt a splendid performance from all the voice actors, combined with great editing and direction from the Sunday Suspense team. But what was disappointing was the fact that the episode has used a musical piece which is very popular internationally, composed by Wojciech Kilar for Francis Ford Coppola's 1992 critically acclaimed film "Bram Stoker's Dracula" (the track is titled "Vampire Hunters"). And what is quite astonishing is that neither the music nor its composer's work was ever acknowledged throughout the entirety of this audio presentation, which is sad considering that the radio station is actually making money from these entertainment programs. I am personally a big fan of Mir, Deep and all the other creative minds behind this program and have been tuning to this program for the past decade. This is a rather old episode, back when the series was in its infancy, and I honestly didn't recognise the usage when I heard it first on radio because I hadn't seen the film back then. But upon revisiting it today, I was really quite disheartened by the fact that a team with such creative genius had forgotten to acknowledge of another creative genius. I know that many fans of this program will make a villain out of me and say that I am trying to be a snob, a pseudo-intellectual trying to boast of my knowledge (whatever little I have!) but instead of being blinded by sentimental reasons please try to realize that people need due credit for the work they pour their heart and soul into.
Tangentially speaking, Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula was one of the best adaptations in cinematic history, at least to me personally. Gary Oldman and Anthony Hopkins, two powerhouses together.
