    Shakespeare has some pretty good insults. One of my favorites is from Macbeth which reads, “You egg! Young fry of treachery!” As well as from Triolus and Cressida, “Thou hast no more brain than I have in mine elbow.”

    They didn't actually bathe in arsenic but it was a common ingredient in makeup and skin care and the woman might not have known it was poisonous, professionals did but they didn't feel the need to stop it's production as an ingredient until it started to become known to the public and shown to he exceedingly harmful

      Not EVERY person of wealth and power is a bad person, but every bad person is a person of wealth and power. At least, I've never heard of any poor man who lacked power committing evil deeds and conspiratorially manipulating the masses to his benefit (be it financial or otherwise).
      Basically, you can be Bruce Wayne, or you can be Lex Luther. Most ppl fall prey to becoming Luther because it's the easier path but, either way, whether youre Bruce or Lex, you are still a member of the rich and powerful elite.

    Having pale skin was seen as a sign of wealth in the past, since the rich tended to spend less time outside in the sun, thus giving them paler skin than the rest.

      It’s also why being fatter was considered more attractive. You had more access to food. Now we have too much food so being fitter is better as you care for yourself more.

    In 2134: Historical facts, you didn't know.
    In 2023, people would use their ancient machines called computers to generate images and make cringy mini movies called "youtube videos".
    They made this using an archaic program called "A.I" and back then the people who used these programs called themselves "artists" even though the program was made by stealing art from actual artists.

    I despise this format. This is how we are going to transfer information? Half explained and no longer than 3 seconds.
    Most of this is technically untrue but you don’t give any broader content or explanation so people lap it up.
    Like the arsenic baths. You can bathe in it, it doesn’t go through the skin so it’s essentially harmless.
