@JohnJungKook The problem with this analysis is that it considers all the siblings equal. Ken was always in a different league compared to Roman and Shiv. Ken only lacks conviction, the willingness to die by his choices. He had the experience, the knowledge, and the influence to take over. He just couldn't kill the great white beast.

@@robrick9361 You're right. I suspect that the show will end with President Mencken nationalising the TV network and taking control of it himself, for vague, national security reasons. It's the sort of thing dictators do, and would be a lovely twist on Succession's dramatic arc.
