Scissor Gait explained in Hindi | Cause, Precautions & Best Treatment | Advanced Physiotherapy

Scissor Gait is a very common finding in children with cerebral palsy. Common causes of this gait pattern are adductor longus & Semitendinosis (hamstring) muscle. At an early age, this problem can be easily managed by Physical therapy.
The massive release of adductor muscle can also cause weakness and reverse deformity may develop. as age advance, they need selective lengthening of these musculotendinous units during SEMLOS with intensive therapy. Properly planned treatment protocol can give good gait patterns in these children.

I am 60. My parkinson diagnosed 2017 and started treatment January 19. My problem is related to gait. I am independly complete my work. When I feel tired my activities get down slow for some times. I do daily exercise and yoga and different types of joints exercise too. I am taking medication Tedomet plus three times in a day after six hour interval and pramipax.. 75 twice in a day and Rasolac 1mg once in a day. I feel improvement in handwriting some fragrance also feel. Please suggest particularly related to walking exercises. My right leg offen freeze down.
