🚤🚁 HOW TO FLY YOUR DRONE OVER WATER AND FROM BOATS

As I travel mostly to places close to the ocean, I started flying my drone over the water very early. Also the fact that flying drones from boats can be pretty scary, it didn't hold me back to film places where you couldn't go usually.
Of course I made a lot of mistakes (luckily no mistakes that lead to a crash into the water) and I learned from these mistakes. So today I know exactly how to safely fly my drone over water and from boats.
When you want to fly your drone over water there are basically three options:
1. You fly your drone over the water while standing on land
2. You fly your drone from a boat that stays at one place
and 3. You fly your drone from a moving boat
In this video I will tell you exactly how to handle each of these three situations. So that you will be able to fly your drone over water in every situation without crashing it.

Hi Pascal for flying over the sea. i think that high wind. How we ignor from DJI GO4 warning high wind velocity or Immediately Landing. Please recommended me, Thank you.

Hi, I was actually flying in very windy conditions, especially in Iceland. When the wind feels so strong that I don't feel comfortable with it anymore, I don't fly. Otherwise I ignore the warning as long as it all looks stable. You should also not fly far away in the direction of the wind as it might be that your drone won't make it back against the wind.

Why not set the drone to hover if signal is lost, that way you can turn around and go get it instead of the drone trying to land in it's last Home point...
