Katarina, thanks so much for your great vids! We love the Washout too and we have a Mini Aussie named Lola. She always stands in the surf barking at the surfers because they won’t come and play with her. 😂 We love the tons of shops downtown and we also hit the Farmer’s Market on the occasional Saturday when there. I didn’t know about Cafecito, I’ll have to check it out next time we are downtown. Again, great vid!

Did 20 years as a Combat Medic and retired in 2013. Moved out here in 2015 to apartments off Mary Ader Avenue near Marco’s pizza and then bought a house in Bolton’s Landing of Bees Ferry JUST IN TIME in 2018 before the insanity hit. So glad we moved here when we did. Now EVERYONE wants to move to Charleston and there’s just not enough infrastructure to support the mass migration, you know? It’s crazy!

My parents bought in 2019 and their house has more than doubled in price, it’s insane! And I agree, not enough infrastructure but I don’t blame people for moving here still!
