►ingredients
-5g instant dry yeast
-8g sugar
-120ml warm water
-200g bread flour
-4g salt
-15g olive oil
-20g melted butter
-30g cream cheese
-a garlic bush
-pizza cheese
- Parmesan cheese
-oregano
*1- Mix yeast, sugar and water together.
2- Add bread flour and salt and start kneading.
3- Then add olive oil and knead well
4- Put the dough in a warm place for one hour with a temperature of about 36°C to 40°C until the volume of the dough doubles by 2-3 times.
5- Cut a bush of garlic and add some salt and black pepper and pour olive oil on the garlic.
6- Roast the garlic in the oven at a temperature of( 220°C) for about 40 to 50 minutes until your garlic is completely soft.
7. Mix butter, grilled garlic and cream cheese together.
8- Remove the air from the dough and divide it into two parts and open the dough with a thin rolling pin and apply garlic on the whole dough.
9- Cover the dough with pizza cheese and parmesan, you can add oregano to the dough as you like.
10- Bake the garlic bread for 8 to 10 minutes at a temperature of (210°C or 410°F)degrees Fahrenheit.
