The only thing left to get even more views is to demonstrate milling electric guitar bridge saddles (TElecaster I guess?) on the CNC machine with your endmills from different materials - high carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium, putting them on the electric guitar and play some metal with it!

We want you to be able to see as much as possible in our videos, that’s why we ran the tool dry in steel and stainless steel. Typically, external coolant is preferred for steel and stainless steel applications. Let us know if we can help you with anything else!

Dan L. - Stainless needs cooling most of the time. Some steels can get away with dry machining if the conditions are right. It tends to depend on how well the chips can evacuate the heat.

It gets recirculated through the machine. A tank of coolant (with proper periodic checks and the occasional top off with water) will last a year or more.
