    I tested Kor5 D12 /36 R0,75 mill 1.4301 with dinamic milling.
    It was good but not enough.
    Parameters:
    Ap=18 mm
    Ae=0,6 mm
    Vc=220 m/min
    rpm 5800
    Vf=2356 mm/min
    Cooling emulsion
    My question is it ok parameters for Kor5 and suggest not using cooling only air?

    You don't really mean conven milling where the chip starts thinnest and thickens? You just mean the more convein z fixed toolpaths, right

      These can all be used to rough, semi-rough, and even finish. The chip breaker pattern has a large enough pitch so that they do not overlap, so they also work very well in finishing if you have to only use one tool.
