Hello, I'm currently riding a tracer 900 GT for work commuting and 250husqvarna for enduro. and was wondering if an xadv or Forza would suit me to replace my tracer. I wont do offroad with it (cause i have already my enduro) but i love the xadv look. How is the rain protection on ADV ? Do you think i should go for a Forza or xADV ?

@@pierreL-d8x I've had both the NC750X (DCT 2018) and currently have a 2018 X-ADV. I would easily choose the X-ADV over the NC as it's nicer to ride, it feels much more premium. Which makes sense given it's a fair bit more expensive.

The cruise control alone is enough to sell the new model and Honda knew it that's why they kept it away while implementing a throttle by wire for the last model which doesn't make sense in paper. In 4-5 years they will probably add android auto / car play and in another 5 years an IMU.

So, am I correct to assume the X-ADV 750 may not appeal to the retro tribe?

Yes, you are correct, there are a lot of retros out there for the hipsters, enough with that retro shit.

Alléluia, finely… if they could add some hp or torque that would be awesome.
If you are like me commute mostly, travel ( maybe) want something practical like a 1250 rt or Gs without all the extra cost, care about weather protection,
Have enough ground clearance to go down “stairs” this is really a good choice i would believe or what else?

The Zontes 368G is coming to Europe soon. At around 6.5k euro it is a much better deal. Just doesn't have the cruise control but has loads add-ons included as stock for which you'd have to shell out shitload of money on top of that already ridiculous price.

Nice when new. However, plastic bodywork needs removal for many service procedures, increases time required, and never seems to go back together 100% perfect.

If you are blindly trying to remove panels while you are looking for things like the oil drain plug, I would suggest that you learn how to remove panels if indeed you do need to remove them in the first place.

Idk why honda doesnt sell this bike in the usa. They miss out on so many sells because they give the usa the bottom of the barrel with everything they do.

Cruise control is a great feature, but I’m not convinced integrated turn signals are an improvement. I’m also unsure if the windscreen can be adjusted on the motorway due to air pressure. And unless they’ve expanded the under-seat storage, it still doesn’t seem to have enough room for an XL helmet.

I don’t know what it is about us Americans, but we wouldn’t be caught dead on something that looks like this! I’m honestly not sure why. Are we just that arrogant?! (Don’t answer that!) I’m not even a Harley guy like most American riders. I know that most riders outside of the US see a motorcycle as a form of transportation, not a status symbol. But I did have to kind of laugh at the commenters who were saying that this is their dream bike! 😅😊 Clearly, they are more humble than I! I do like Hondas though, for sure.

I'm not going to get the 2025 becuase of it's new features or cruise control. I'll be getting it becuase a snow-plough rammed the side of my 2019 model which I loved more than words can say, and ever since that day, it's been my dream bike, the one I had the chance to ride for only 2-3 months. I couldn't afford it till now. Even now, it's going to be a stretch but worth cutting out other expenses for this. Life is short and getting even shorter thanks to the world leaders, govts and their evil plans for us. We could all die when we least expect. So we have to make the best of it!
