It's either that or the scene where it's revealed that the Duke can actually fly not as a passenger but actually knows how to pilot a damn plane. The payoff of that joke combined with De NiroS rage finding out that he can fly etc. etc. is absolutely hysterical.

One of the most underrated comedy films ever
this movie was one of DeNiro's early comedies and paved the way for other comedies he has done. Forgetting all that, this is a great movie.
