    I'm not really an animator, but the part where you talk about where you decided to take the rest of the fight scene really stood out to me. You take lots of care when picking out what looks comedic, what looks too dark, and what looks like too much, and you did a great job finding the right balance of all of them. :)

    I think that video is the PERFECT blend of action and comedy that very much defines the purpose of brickfilms, at least in my humble opinion. I‘m so glad you made this one a little longer than your typical videos and it didn‘t end at the doors of Theodens hall. Well done sir!

    The coolest thing about this is that not only is he still into lotr but he is also into Skyrim. This guy knows what's good.

    Question for the Master: "How do you keep yourself sane when you make mistakes? I know a lot of people have the greatest of ideas for Stop Motions but they always seem to fail whenever then make a single mistake, how do you surpass that?"

      Mistakes used to cost me hours of work, but I've figured out how to avoid most of the big ones, and how to fix the little ones. It's been years since I've made a mistake that actually cost me an entire shot.

      @@georgejohnson9770 i am pretty sure the blood is just red clay, and for the Weapons, its just Weapons from lotr and Hobbit lego sets i assume

    Do you write notes and also draw what you imagined or simply write down your script?

      I typically write up some notes, but I don't even have a full script before I start animating, just ideas jotted down. I don't usually draw up anything unless I need to communicate to someone else.

    Hi there, with this fight scene the fluidity is just amazing and the camera work really sells the impacts, did you do this digitally, or move your camera on set and add the motion blur?

      For the dude getting stabbed in the back, I had to break the knife point off and glue it to his back, then pop it off and switch it out with a non-broken knife.
