as for roland having access to shin, we'll just have to wait and see if he does have it in a future canto/game (which will probably take atleast 5 years)

After reading Leviathan, the Gaze part is also much more than his gaze, but that of the Poet Vergil, meaning whatever Vergilius is cookin up it means he knows what he's doing
They're assigned colors by their defining trait, I.G Vergil's red gaze, Angelicas black gloves etc

@@Nikitsko Stats-wise, it is basically confirmed that he's at least wayy beyond even Big Brother, likely to be on par with Indigo Elder (which would make sense, being a color) or higher because of his EGO.
From what I heard from datamined info, his stats are lvl 90, eyeballing his HP would place it around 10000-20000 easily (use the Shield bar between him and the allies for reference), he has an insane number of passives, has a few unique mechanics to him including Mang and has an attack that might as well be an Ego (and if it was an actual Ego, it would be the first we'd see with multi-coin, 5 in fact).
You could still argue how strong he is, but clearly he's strong enough to at least deserve his title.

@@Aedlmonrl I feel like that was the original stipulation of his contract and the reason to even have him around, since I think LC is using the Sinners to test-drive some of those technologies that they have on hand (eg: Mirror IDs, Mephistopholes's functions, Dante's dante-ing etc.).
If they simply wanted efficiency in collection the Golden Boughs, they'd have Verg just do a quick breeze through every dungeon and get them in record time. Also he's strong enough already that any other advantages (such as potential usage of Mirror IDs) wouldn't be that impactful, and it would still be better to test that out on weaker humans, such as the Sinners (that and there might be a need for specific types of people to handle multiple Mirror IDs and EGOs).
@@mtacrdipo7870 I think LC is also developing how to *use* the Golden Boughs. The sinner group takes advantage of it themselves, but also notice how many of the enemies we fight are using the Boughs in unique ways that might not have otherwise been obvious.

The "allegations" meme always made me laugh because he never helped us in any way, but for some reason, I believed PM when they told us he achieved the same color as Kali, so, I was waiting. I'm a dungeon master, and "the broken NPC that saves the party" is such a common part of many plots, that I was absolutely sure he would break the meme one day, but he didn't break it, FREAKING UNMATERIALIZED IT.
After watching him fight, I must say, he is definitely on Kali's level, and I dare to say, even when it compromises my nostalgia towards Ruina and Lob-Corp, a little stronger.
But that only awakens in me one question.
This man fears only one thing: Dying in a tie against the furioso. Just how strong is Roland, honestly? Like, we have seen him fighting in Ruina, but the animations are kind of limited there. I WOULD SPIT MONEY AT PM, JUST TO SEE MY BOY ROLAND ANIMATED IN LIMBUS STYLE.
Tbf, the meme never made sense to anyone that paid attention and/or read Leviathan. It's been explicitly mentioned again and again every single time that he doesn't do shit cus he's not allowed to, and Leviathan (LITERALLY before Limbus even released) showed that he can fight toe to toe against Purple Tear (even if he lost), has an EGO, killed a Distortion solo, beaten high ranking Ring members, all things which EASILY means that he can easily go through every opponent in Limbus so far.

I think it's foreshadowing for a fight. Project Moon wouldn't show his passives, skills and all other information for no reason.
I'm pretty sure we're gonna have to use him later on, since Dataminers found an evade sprite for Vergilius, which uh... Is never used during this fight for obvious reasons, and ontop of that the reason we couldn't control him is cause his SP in the game files is -46, which triggers his unique panic effect, which makes him unable to be controlled, always roll heads, and attack enemies, on top of having no sp gain or loss

But Vergilius, I am here to amend my previous sins. But despite all those slanders, you still broke the Limbus Company's contract and said "Fuck the clauses, I'm done with the slanders" and appear in Canto 6 Part 3 with your full glory as Red Gaze, showing your EGO and once again commit your role as the Bus's guide. That's why I'm making this application foremost, to apologize to you, and thank you for helping Sinner and Dante. I hope you can forgive me and continue to let me be your fan.

PM likes to compare and contrast those two a lot, but afaik they were at the very least acquaintances who've met several times in the past. Their last meeting though was when Roland was seemingly in the later stages of his vengeful rampage.

Not even just a "color", but the color whose previous possessor was THE strongest fixer in the history of the city as well.
I mean, being a color doesn't mean being a kick-ass powerful fixer - Argalia seemed a bit weak and his color was coming from his social skills I guess, while Fixer of the Great Lake was already labeled as one of the strongest fixers by Roland even before he became a color (and, I mean, Roland himself is a good example too)
P.s. Don't get me wrong, I'm 1000% Vergilius, the Immortal Poet believer myself
@@lustynairu color fixers are still immeasurably stronger than 99% of grade 1 fixers, although it's not an inherent requirement of being a color fixer, any color fixer sure as hell would beat the brakes out of the vast majority of grade 1s

I believe it's because this theme was made along with the canto 1's songs as general Limbus music, as well as being used in many promotional video for the game. Look up Limbus Company Theme 1 upload by Studio EIM themselves. Leviathan is part of that song and pairs so well with the rest of canto 1's music.
