Not really! Because every rithm has a different starting beat. Let's say that the beats are 12 soleas falsetas start in the 1 beat but solea of bulerias falsetas starts at the 12th beat. Same thing for buleria. If you try to play a slow buleria and transpose it to Em to play solea, it will not sound as flamenco. And you cannot sing or dance at it.
