You can see the lack of power sometimes but the fact that you made it up all that gnarly stuff shows how capable the xt250 really is. Idk if I would have even tried that hill climb with zero run up at the 20 minute mark 😂 Nice Riding!
Thanks! I'm just an intermediate level trials rider, but without all trials techniques I wouldn't have been able to make it. Also, I have changed the front sprocket to 13 after this trip. Holy cow what a difference! Now I'm 150% positive that I can totally ride the FMOH no problem!
Nice job. That's a lot of bike to drag through there! You rode the trail "backward." Both directions are fine, but typically it's ridden in the opposite direction from what you did. The most famous feature of the trail is "The Crux," and the direction you took results in riding down it instead of up it.
Just did a RUclips search. The crux sounds like fun! Right, we didn't know which way to go at BLM 832/833/836. I'll have to ride there again someday, preferably on an Enduro bike lol
Riding my XT250 in enduro conditions and watching Moab videos are my two main occupations. I've wanted to see this so bad. Thanks!!
Oh thanks! You should ride Moab if not yet. I won't forget the amazing views and very unique trails for the rest of my life.
