Thank you so much for this video so powerful it really resonates with me so much. I'm putting myself first in this season but in the past I was always going above and beyond to help others to the point of depletion. This self-love journey is so refreshing because I no longer feel drained. We must pour into ourselves because we cannot pour from an empty cup. I've learned so much in this time of isolation and at first I didn't understand it but in that time of isolation God has been revealing so much to me in regards to me. I’m having to learn to cut people off to a certain degree. People will drain you and mistake your kindness for weakness. Daddy God is teaching me to take care of myself because if we don’t take care of ourselves then we will be drain n still trying to pour out n take care of everyone else. We all need to try to keep focus on Him n let Him pour into us n teach us to care and love ourselves like we do others. Doesn’t mean we are not helping others but means we are raising our standards and growing more in Him. Isolation can hurt but He knows best.

My journey is far from ordinary. Alot of times I am being judge because of the paths I chose but I know that it is all for the greater good🙌🏼
Yes! People who are genuinely ready to heal will look for EXAMPLES and SUPPORT. Being a good example, or being one of the many supports in a large support system is far more effective in positive impact than attempting to single handedly heal others by giving away pieces of yourself. Even if someone is a therapist, reiki healer, or coach, they are just giving advice or consensually moving around energy together, or offering tools. The person receiving help needs to be ready to heal themselves. Healing others is impossible. They have to be able to work with your detached and healthy support or example and not expect you to fix it for them.

Even though I had the power to get back to them with evil or negativity, I transmuted it all into the knowledge I have now. Though as a child and part of adulthood I did not understand what God had given me, I always knew because I always felt out of place anywhere even in my own family from both maternal and paternal. Both felt off since childhood.

Through my struggles I found Jesus he has carried me this far. I keep faith. Even as I continue to struggle to support my children and myself I trust in you Jesus. Being a single mom things can be hard raising them alone. My husband passed years ago. Both of my children are autistic. I started homeschooling them last year and they are now thriving but unfortunately my hours to work are limited. I suffered a heart attack two years ago and Im battling lupus Lord I’m overwhelmed please heal me and give me strength. As I struggle to pay my rent each month and as I struggle to buy groceries. Honestly I want to give up. But I know God will make a way. Where there seems to be no way. I have faith! God has not forgotten me. Faith First! ❤

I agree with everything you stated in this video. People will definitely act differently or reveal their true selves when you cut off your energy from them. Certain people feel entitled to as well to the energy of healers/earth angels. Our lives are far from easy, far from perfect. By God's grace we are still alive and here. I'm grateful for Abba's anointing over my life and the life of my family. We must know ourselves know the Father and atone to our own boundaries as well. When someone doesn't treat you right. Leave. Sitting on the roof of my home in Morocco and life is so strange. So beautiful. So perfect.
Six months ago, I was lost. No purpose. No direction. Isolated in a country I didn't understand with no clue why I was here. Searching for meaning and finding nothing. Wanting companionship and finding loneliness. Wanting friends and finding betrayals.
I was ready to leave. To move on in my search. I had even bought tickets to move to India.
Then, I remembered a Russian woman I had met during Ramadan while I was walking across the border between Morocco and Mauritania. She had told me about a surf camp that she lived at. I didn't surf. What need did I have to go to a surf camp?
I told her I was leaving Morocco and she told me I needed to come visit her before I left. So I did.
From the moment I walked in the front door, I experienced something I had never experienced. Love. Safety. Acceptance. Belonging. Home. Family. Tribe. My twin sister born worlds apart from me. My reflection. My mirror.
Since then, this is where I come to take off my armor. To recenter. To be inspired. To love and be loved.
Every time I come, I discover new pieces of myself. Every time I leave, I leave as a different version of myself. This is a place where miracles happen. This is a place where misfits come to be. It's a place where wanderers find eachother. It's a place where soul family reunites.
Life is so strange. Seemingly chaotic, yet perfect in its imperfection.
And this morning, having my morning coffee and cigarette as the sun dawns over my right shoulder and the waves crash over my left, I'm lost in wonder and gratitude in the experience of the wonder of it all.
I've spent my live wandering. Searching. Hoping for something that I didn't know existed. That changed the moment I walked through these doors.
Home isn't where we are born. It's not where we buy a house. It's not where our parents live. Home calls to us through the unknown void of time and space. It's where our family wraps us in their arms and their love. It's where we are called to find our peace. Where we can take off the armor. Our shelter from the storm of life.
This is my home. It's where my family lives. My Russian sisters and brother. My Moroccan father. My real family. My soul tribe. Magic happens here in this portal to heaven.
In this moment, everything makes sense. All the struggle. All the betrayals. All the tears and silent screams. All the wandering. Being broken upon the rocks time and time again.
It all had to happen for this moment. And it was all worth it.
