Do they hit in the hoops after each games as they seem to be moving a lot when hit.?

Yes, all the hoops are reset between games.

Faults can only happen in the striking period. Touching the hoop w your hand is not a fault
In GC. It is in AC and US 6w

You may check a hoop for looseness anytime outside the striking period in all versions on the game
