Paramecia and Zoan’s showcased awakening abilities before it was actually revealed though. They fought the jailer beasts several times before it was mentioned they were awakened and Luffy noticed a string attack come from behind him during his fight with Doffy, even wondering where it came from.

I don't know why everyone was so shocked by the clones, it just seems like something you should be able to do with a logia fruit, especially a light one, they're just like shadow clones in Naruto, they attack and they disappear when you hit them. It's just Kizaru's style of fighting imo, I wouldn't be surprised at all if any other logia user made clones out of their element. Doffy making a clone from strings was actually weird, especially how real it looked. I like the idea of Logia awakening breathing life into their element though, but I don't think Aokiji/Akainu making animals was an example of that. The crows were a good example though, because they actually spoke. I don't think awakening needs to have the same effect on all Logias too, it could be specific to the fruit, like Greenbull having fireproof wood could be part of awakening, or Crocodile not being weak to water etc, just like Luffy's rubber abilities being taken to another level
Kizaru's clones also spoke. They said the light sword attack name (can't spell it) and attacked Luffy using it.
It doesn't quite fit with what has been shown before. It's not even like mirrored reflections of himself.

This makes much more sense for awakening than a simple weather adjustment. It also allows for a lot more creativity in powers of life can be given to elements and would fit well with the idea of Haki being solidified will. Combining the 2 would theoretically create life and then a soul would need to be inserted
Luffy actually ate Kizaru's laser that was aimed at Vegapunk. There was a "chomp" sound effect in the panel and then he projected the light from his eyes, nose, and mouth.
I actually like the idea of changing the weather/environment, let it be a shared ability with paramecias or not. Theres that one Island Roger visited where a lightning storm seems to rage all the time.

There can very well be a electricity bares paramecia. So many devil fruits can use fire despite being Paramrcias.

I think that she isn’t exactly a child (maybe slightly younger than she is depicted now) because if you notice that in that image of her as a child being hold by her father Kuma he doesn’t have the bear ears like in the flashback image of when he was talking to Vegapunk about the soul or when he was with the Revolutionary Army (12 years ago), so that might be when he didn’t have his fruit & was maybe when he was a king right before he was called a tyrant or right after
The ears are just part of his hat, so he just wasn’t wearing his hat in the flashback
@@josephapsey9965 If you look at the panel of 1072 with him talking to Vegapunk he isn’t wearing his hat yet he still has the bear ears this is either due to his fruit or an addiction that Vegapunk added on when he became a cyborg
Yea the timelines dont add up for bonney to be a child unless theres a hobby hobby fruit side effect of bonneys fruit not being able to age and for the bonney is a clone theory it'll be odd if bonney is a non aging clone as stussy and weevil(not confirmed a clone yet) seem to make it to adulthood just fine and the seraphim are implied to get older so something mysterious is going on with bonney if shes a child unless oda is only rehashing sugar

That's a really good theory about Logia Awakenings. It would also lend credence to their 'god-like' abilities if they could create life from an element, as many gods were noted to do in mythologies around the world.

Yeah something similar happened in Stampede but with the help of another Devil fruit. Ironically Kizaru was the one attacking in that very moment.

Personally, I always thought the environment/weather thing was part of the Logia, but maybe it's a mixture of both that and the living element? Like, maybe the element gains parts of the user's will to "live" like how Big Mom imbued her Soul Soul Powers to the Homies, and then can act similar to the user. Not an exact copy but enough to fool even the sharpest eye and when "defeated" the element bursts and starts causing phenomenon around it. So...Egghead might start becoming scorched/brighter thanks to Kizaru's powers like how Punk Hazard ended up the way it did after Kuzan and Akainu fought?

The clay clay fruit is a logia too I doubt that guy is awakened then again he’s kinda nice with it
since admiral animal form are like their names. Kizaru, have saru = monkey. If we look to The Monkey King from Journey to the West, Sun Go Kong (monkey king) has the ability of cloning himself.

All of these weapons are also present in the world of naruto... Itachi's susano'o has the yata mirror, magatama can be seen on all the characters with 6 path powers and kusanagi is a bit different cause 3 different swords are called that 1) used by irichimaru to kill 3rd hokage 2) sword that post timeskip sasuke posses and 3) the sword of sealing again with itachi's susano'o, plus itachi uses this sword to seal orichimaru's yamata no orochi form

This could be a awakening but it is more of a special attack of kizaru bc awaken kizaru is super powerfull unless he is still holding back with awakening and manipulating scrounging happen when you awaken any type of fruit so yea,but good video and theory thanks.

Huh, this IS a way to go "beyond" these elements, isn't it? Bestowing upon them the miracle of life (at a higher level than plants).
I quite like this theory, I personally am of the belief that Logias don't really awaken, the people with these abilities are simply able to keep making new techniques and achieving new heights with training, with their proficiency never hitting a limit, an "ultimate stage of power". But this theory is quite interesting too, it is what goes beyond the limits of Logias.
Only thing about this theory, if environmental changes for logia is too similar to paramecia, them just animal attack awakenings seem too similar to zoan fruits lol. And by the notion (we could still see it) Kuzan's first awakening appearance should have been a monkey attack like the pheasant and dog references. We will see though because some part of the theory I like.
Bonney being a kid pre-DF makes some of her panels much more creepy

Crazy theory. Bonnie is a clone. She has been called a young girl by people who could be in the know. She has said multiple times that her dad would not have left her. So Kumas daughter couldve died somehow and thats what motivated him to undergo the operation in the first place. At a primal level, he heard Bonnie was alive and is doing everything he can to get to her.
So... Edward Weevil is the clone of Edward Newgate (Whitebeard/Shirohige).
Stussy (CP0) is the clone of Miss Buckingham Stussy.
Then Bonney could be the clone of Big Mom.... and even wilder Luffy could be the clone of Rocks.

That seems too basic to me. Doffy could make clones of himself. That’s be pretty underwhelming if that was Logia awakening. It’s more likely that enels giant form is or something completely different imo.

I think it's clear whatever the awakening is, it causes permanent weather effects when it is. I don't like the explanation that it allows them to give life to their elements. I think its better to say it allows them better control of their omnipresence and omniscience. As with Enel who awoke advanced observation haki, known as Mantra to him. It allowed him to see all things, I think this is because the static electricity for lightning is everywhere. While other logias may have a more limited observation increase, I believe that's essential to it, as it allows them to see through the eyes of their elemental creature based attacks.
I would love bonny to have the greatest authority over the pacifista. As sort of kumas wish to not hurt his daughter.

Light can exist in multiple places at the same time. This is because lighg is both particles and waves (einstein discovered that, vegapunk lookalike) that explains kizaru clones

Interesting. The names of the categories of devil fruits definitely look Greek but logia never made sense to me. One way that the word logia can be interpreted is 'things that pertain to or have reasoning'. If what you think of here is true, then this is probably why they are called logia.

I haven't heard this yet, but maybe the Treasure Tree Eve was permanently affected by user of the Pika Pika no Mi like how Punk Hazard was permanently affected by the Hie Hie no Mi and the Magu Magu no Mi. His awakening is he turns the environment into light, i think its as simple as that
I always felt like Logia awakenings looked similar to Enel's "Amaru" form. An awakening that simply allows them to morph the environment into their element like Katakuri and Doflamino is extremely boring. It would barely provide any more tactical advantage than what could already be accomplished using just regular unawakened techniques. Since an unawakened logia focuses on transforming into your element and dispersing for defense, I think the awakened form straight up being a stat buff across the board more akin to a Zoan transformation would be more interesting. They'd still retain the ability to disperse on a moment's notice and evade attacks, but they'd now be stronger, faster, and more durable to help cover their main weakness more thoroughly. They could also gain access to a more advanced form of their natural element such as blue flames for the Mera Mera no Mi or something to that degree, I think this would be a much more satisfying and entertaining awakening than anything else you could possibly do with an elemental devil fruit.
I think Enaru kind of deflates this theory unless you think he's awakened too. I think it was Wiper that said noobie logis users arent long for this world because they think theyre invincible. Kind of implies Enaru hasn't had a lot of experience with his fruit

kizarus clones are illusions! this was a theory of mine! he can manipulate the light that refelects to your eyes and make you see things, i dont think this is an awakening but just a testament to kizarus devil fruit mastery

@@JustGoldy77 i dont believe you understand what i mean. kizaru could control literally everything you see if he can control the light that reflects to luffy’s eyes. he could just be attacking him to make him believe the clones are hitting him. this could be a fight where luffy heightens his observation haki because he cant fight with his eyes

No full-page spreads this week! WOW! When was the last time that happened? This was a great chapter but I'm getting tired of the eye-popping bit. Also, I really want to see Kizaru use "Three Sacred Treasures" which is a move where he uses all three of the sacred treasure movies in quick succession. I don't know if it's a canon attack. It might be only in a fighter video game. I'm neutral on Bonney being younger than she appears. But I like the idea that her DF actually stops her from aging. So she retains the age she was when she was at it and in order to actually age, she has to use her powers. So maybe she makes herself look 24 but is really 17, but without her powers, looks five.
If devil fruit powers nullify in the water and revert the use to his/her base form, then that would mean in Brook's case he will die if he falls in water right ?

The fact that he doesn’t is just more proof that water/being submerged doesn’t disable your fruit powers it just weakens the user.
Could it also be that the light clones aren’t actually clones but rather the real kizaru. Let me explain. What if luffy isn’t able to see how fast kizaru is really moving so instead he perceives this insane speed as clones. And he can’t hurt them because that was just kizaru in the past. Kind of like how when you look through a telescope at space you’re not actually seeing what it looks like now but you’re seeing what it looked like x amount of time ago because that’s how long it takes for the light to travel
This is exactly what I thought it was happening. Kizaru made light "after images" they all move really similar. Kizaru just attacks with all the after images then suddenly went for Vegapunk while Luffy was taking the bait.
That could be a possibility if the clones wouldn't have been created out of the light balls from the yasakani no magatama. So they should been pure clones

We have seen luffys python in gear 4 which seemingly has a mind of its own as he says chase him. So i dont think this is anything to do with a awakening. I dont think this is logia specific. And as you said weve seen orher logias with semi controllable/ automatic moves awakenings typically are very very apparent. Zoans whole new form different abilities or fruit affects all non living objects.

Kizaru is overpowered. Reminds me of Crocodile. At first, you think you cannot beat him. But once you find his weakness, you can always stop him at his tracks. Once luffy figures out kizaru’s weakness, he will definitely stop kizaru.
