LLB mein isiliye log nahi aate kyu ke legal system senior advocates ke dwara jammed hai .kuch kaam nahi karna padta court me. Jo purne log hai, wo monopoly jama ke baithe hai. Cases adalato mein chalte hi nahi.khali dates leni hoti hai jab tak settlement ke liye parties tyaar nahi hoti. Judges favour the seniors , freely grant them adjournment and wait for them. Isiliye Tarik pe tarik works efficiently.😢 The juniors have no say or can earn more than the senior advocate.😢 Only few can work independently. Only those who are attached to corporate can earn a bit. Usse mein bhi if the client is naive , there is compromised agreement. ( Lawyers accomodate both sides😅) Yes there is legal department for majority of companies so that case can go on for years. Court mein Judges aur lawyers ko batana padta hai ki matter kya hai.majority of income for lawyers is settlement, mediation, and compromise.( Dono parties ke lawyers ki mili bhagat hoti hai. dono sides se khate hai.) Jo log morally concious hai, wo iss profession mein nahi aana pasand karte. Akhir their sources of income ( aam janata)can only make them do Europe trips!!! Or corruption can!!!
Sir starting mein main problem aati hai ki first generation Lawyer ko koi Senior,BCI ,Bar support nahi karti practical learning mein and there are no financial support after 3-5 years studying and lakhs of spending on Education. Starting amount is less than peon Salary OR minimum wages declared by Govt. It's a bitter truth and big Drawback of Advocacy so that many self-esteem people leave this profession. Legal Fraternity ,BCI,Bar, Seniors must do on it to save the Legal Profession

Case ke Sare stages complete hoke bhi waiting for verdict! ( Argument stage pe itni long adjournment dates dete hai senior advocates ko ki thak gaye hai!)And the original parties have expired.😢 Legal heir's time is wasted😢 (Aur case bhi empty false accusations ka hai) 😢( No evidence has been produced or examined/verified😢) Settlement mein bhi loss hi loss hai aur jhoota claim accept kyu kare?😢.online facilities are also not given to senior citizen.😢 Prayers for All: Bhagwan courto se dur rakhe 🙏 .
