1:20 Yeah, those are one of my gripes with D.F. Their faces (specifically, their eyes), they're painted. Which, if you touch them, it causes paint degradation. This happened to my "Limit Breaker" (D.F. SSGSS Kaio-Ken X20 Goku).
i'm not sure they're painted. more like water decals to me. mine havent degrade yet, so i;m still not sure 😅 thx for the info, i'll be careful with them just in case. 🙏
While I do think the faces turned out a lot better than I expected, in the future I would love to see Demoniacal Fit remake or copy the real SSJ2 head and faces as a custom head sculpt set. Most notably, I would love to see Demoniacal Fit copy the real SSJ2 Goku faces almost like the real deal (think back to their Super Saiyan God Goku/Vegeta head sculpt set or the Blue Evolution Vegeta one, how sharply and accurately they were able to recreate the real face decal printing from Bandai’s) cuz I do really like the near 3.0-level sharpness and expression on the real SSJ2 Goku faces. However, I hope they do mold the faces in lighter flesh tone consistent with most SHF Goku figures
no, demoniacal is not that cheap really, if you consider bandai is actually selling him for only 70$ (it's licensed) the distribution, however, is what makes bandai's become so expensive (i.e.shipping + scalping fee), since he's exclusively made for US market.
