I wanted to ask for prayer in two weeks I'll be getting surgery on my good foot to have infection scraped and skin graft I lost my other leg below the knee so I don't want to loose my good one
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7
Not sure why each podcast seems to get better to me but Mr. Phil’s fiery, transformative, passionate preaching was an amazing powerful spiritual event. Felt like the team was being led by a John the Baptist of the 21st century. To God be all the glory in Jesus’ name. Amen!
I noticed that Phil was unusually quiet during the last few podcasts. I thought, "I bet he's listening to it all and preparing his words. He's going to have something to say soon." A hurricane of Biblical truth and awesomeness! Go Phil!
Love this discussion around the temple and made me think, yet God humbled Himself and took on flesh, again not made by human hands, but a temple nonetheless for His earthly excursion and now into the hearts of men and women. Praise Him!! He's so GOOD!
Just an FYI from Billings, Montana. Ducks and geese all over. It's been unseasonably warm and no snow. But it's 4° right now, it snowed, and Saturday is going to be 30 before zero. Your ducks are on the way.
Until the first of the year I'd been recording Duck Dynasty off the Circle network and I noticed that they were muting the sound at times where in a regular show there would have been a cuss word. Making it appear that's what the channel was covering up. Made me mad, but situation resolved itself. The network ceased to exist on January 1st. I'll dig out the DVD'S, and watch that way. By the way, that show led me to this podcast. I was past 60 years old, and through the podcast I came to understand the gospel and accept Jesus as my savior. Tell Phil I now have peace of mind. Can't buy it, just have to accept the free offer.
Zac is right About the prayer we called the our father. It’s not a one time prayer. It’s an every day prayer because we’re to pray every day for our daily bread so think about it every day we need daily bread and at the end of proverbs eight it’s Jesus the wisdom of God speaking saying blessed is he that waits by my post of my door daily that’s what’s been done away. People are not waiting on Christ to feed them. They’re letting every other man and his bread feed them and they need Christ to feed them.
