I had a similar experience when I was taking out the MAF sensor plug and I found out that when you use a pick tool and pinch the clip it squeezes the part that sticks out and you just need to pull the plug out.
I got my engine steam cleaned and now my car is saying im getting 13 mpg.. am i fd?
