There's major development $$$ that of office and medical space happening around 38th n market/chestnut areas. Just a matter a time before development spreads.
Graves from the late 1800's seem particularly poignant. Graves earlier than that feel 'historic', the lives of the people harder to imagine. People from the late 1800's seem closer to us, easier to imagine, yet now they're largely forgotten, their graves not visited.

@@ThePhillyCaptain I jus never herd anybody ever say East Philly in my 38 years on this earth but Bridseburg could be considered northeast if u look at Philly ona map it's directly east of North. I know what u saying tho it's different names for different neighborhoods and technically the northeast like Mayfair/ oxford circle/holmaseburg/Tacony etc. but some ppl say north and east of Frankford /Tacony creek is northeast and some say once your past Frankford is🤷🏻 guess it's all bout perspective. But be careful over there it a warzone over there not far at all from where u are in this video
