Cold start E70 N55 BMW X5 35i tuned with intake and exhaust open

This is my 2013 X5 35i with the N55. It came tuned from BMW and I put an intake on it. I used a metal hose clamp to hold the valve open and plugged the vacuum line on the passenger side exhaust with a golf tee. Now it is always open and sounds pretty good for a stock system.
