I madethis dhokla today. I have made dhokla several times before and it used to turn out really good but this one has such good reviews so I tried it. But the dhokla turned out sunken in the centre in the pan. Trust me, I cook and bake a lot and know how to make food so I didn't make any stupid mistake. I guess there were some detailed instructions missing so this happened.

Maybe you used meetha or khaane wala soda instead of baking soda .
