The decorer right after the banana filler would replace it if you had a filling that velocity was quick enough like apple sauce consistency or even honey but nothing as inert as peanut butter.
Finally, an invention that slices grapes! I can never manage to get a whole one in my mouth. Even if I could, who eats a whole grape by themselves? It's so insane.
I used to work in a deli where we would slice grapes to put in a gourmet chicken salad. That grape slicer would have been very handy to make the task go quicker.
I bet the banana filler would be good for filling plantains for baked or fried dishes where you use them. You could do some interesting variations on Puerto Rican plantain recipes. It'd be a great idea for a South American or Caribbean food restaurant chef who is looking to come up with something creative and different.
Cool vid mate....👍 That grape cutter is brilliant. It can also be used for loads of other things like, strawberries & even radish & other small fruit/veg.
The banana Nutella thing looks cool for children's parties. I'd want peanut butter. 😋 Some pretty cool things here. They'd be collecting dust for me, but some of these would be very useful and time saving for someone who would use it daily.
Freeze the filled bananas. You could use custard or even jello to make some interesting flavors. Peanut butter would also be a great flavor and you could try marshmallow creme but it might be pretty messy.
The apple peeler is actually a pretty old-school gadget... but maybe they aren't as ubiquitous outside of Canada? Also, that spiralizer is a game-changer - I've never seen something like that, and it looks much better than any other kind I've seen
Yeah, I remember those from at LEAST back in the 80s for me up here~ we grow a LOT of apples here where I live though, so maybe they're just more common.
@@tookitogo see, that's what I thought... But maybe they're just common in countries with heavy emphasis on apples in their food culture? I dunno... I'm just surprised that Dave was surprised
All of these gadgets are perfect, and that was a good tip for using a cup for the mango but something not mentioned was the grape slicer is meant more for those grapes with seeds which can be annoying to have to take out before actually eating. And as for the banana, just to add to the preparation, it can also then be chocolate dipped.
This channel is just pure greatness, Dave Just goes straight to the point with no annoying intros and uses the tools correctly. Dave is the GOAT. You gained a new sub. ( I wanted to sub earlier but i forgot about your channel, so i subscribed now.)
This is the first time I've seen that banana filling gadget used properly and work properly, every other youtuber I've seen struggles or just straight up uses it incorrectly
the apple peeler/corer also works well on potatoes for making scalloped potatoes, peels and slices, i just have to do a quick slice on the "cores' that are left. the corer/slicer also swings out of the way so it just acts as a peeler and vice versa
That banana device is very cool. I like how the whole thing comes a part, so it'll make for easy cleaning, and could even 3d print missing or broken parts.
I use my apple corer several times a week - so useful, especially if you want to make baked apples. The tomato saw gadget took me straight back to my childhood - ours had a green wooden handle and was useless.
I am candied while watching this, and I am cackling uncontrollably, thinking "some genius guy has come up with a way to use Play-doh tools to make REAL food look interesting before you eat it, rather than playdoh. I am impressed. lol
think the banana filler might work better if chilled or frozen just a bit so the filler solidifies some, then sliced for serving the filler will stay in place. Worth a try.
I have one of those apple cutters and use mine every day (as long as I have apples in the house). It works really well. I also have one of the mango slicers, but haven't used it yet.
1) the Banana peeler looks cool, but for me privately it probably would be too annoying. I would put my nutella on top of the banana. 2) the spiralizer looked like it worked well. I didn´t expect it that way. you can make some fancy stuff with it but also have to find a use for the outside. but this shouldn´t be a big problem. 3) the Grape cutter didn´t appeal to me. with a knife I can make this with two easy cuts and I save the hassle with putting it in. Tomatos can be annoying to cut, especially with a dull knive, but if you keep your blades sharp it´s also no problem. 4) the Apple peeler is nothing for me because I mostly eat my apples with the peel. but makes again cool spirals. I´m a sucker for these. 5) the apple core remover in this configuration seems unnecesary. I would more likely go then for a tool that cuts it completely like 7) 6) with the cutting gadget holder I would be so afraid to make my blade dull, that I would refrain from using it. with the thing that actually cuts, it seems like it gets the job done. so it can be helpfull. 7) Fruit slicer work pretty well I tried these myself. but with the one you used for the mango I always get the feeling, that it cuts too much away from the center. but like you showed you can easily get the rest with a knife.
4:50 Ah yes. This reminds me of that one time I made a stick nodes animation and my brother said: _’Orange and vanilla ice cream bars descend from heaven’_

The decorer right after the banana filler would replace it if you had a filling that velocity was quick enough like apple sauce consistency or even honey but nothing as inert as peanut butter.
Wouldn't your banana get all brown and mushy after re-shaping it and handling it so much? You'd have to eat it straight away.
I wonder if you can fill blunts with whatever pairing you'd like ?
Yep, a fad and more land fill.
the videos are so simple and yet so good. no extra stuff just him talking calmly and straight into the point with nice music

Little kids can easily choke on grapes, that's why you're not supposed to give them whole grapes. The more you know.

The tomato slicer that you must hold the tomato whilst slicing is OK, but I bet it would work even better for making sliced potatoes.

You can do this with potatoes before baking them too. Fill it halfway, then put the plug back in and secure it with a toothpick.
