Here in Norway the DTD152 is 790 NOK(79 EURO/94 USD), the DTD171 is 1745 NOK(174 EURO/208 USD). Over double the price. Don't know if its worth it for me. I think the 152 is a great driver for the price!
@@Zzyzx- Here in Spain (looking at a German and UK website) the 152 and 171 are about the same price (152 a little bit more expensive), but I'm still thinking of getting the 152. Less settings, I probably don't need them all and it's more to use wrong or fail, and about the same power. I'd rather have a reliable tool over one with a lot of functions (especially if I don't need them). Also heard the 172 is coming out soon, so if you're thinking of going that way it might be best to wait, but you'd have to check that information for yourself, it was just a rumour I read somewhere.

@@Carnophobe i would recommend the 171 because it has a brushless motor (less likely to fail)
