I love v8 engines with low idle speeds. Seems like this 260 idles much slower than the 289. Awesome sound!
Beautiful! The '641/2 - '66 body styling is my favorite. Thank you.
This is my dream car sense I was 2 years old
Smooth gentle beauty. Sir, you brought light into one dark December evening:-)
gotta hand it to the 260, that idle is gorgeous compared to my 64.5’s 289
If only I had the money and lived in the UK, I would buy this beautiful vehicle.
That's a PERFECT car! Dear Lord!
Even my V6 liter can't keep up with the Beauty of this Mustang
Nice to see an early car that hasn't been hacked to death by a shade tree butcher.
Great video love the sound of it! 😎
Thanks!
I love so much this car 😍😍😍😍
Beauty right!
Car looks so fun to drive
It was amazing :)
Gorgeous car
Thank you!
Goodness the quality of cars you guys have there is just impeccable !
I'm in love with Chevy for life but I must say this Mustang is just beautiful and the fastback Mach 1 looks like absolute trouble !
Do you guys do the restorations or "simply" buy enthusiast/collector grade cars from various places to sell locally ?
Thank you so much! We only try and buy the best examples in the UK, anything fully restored, restored or just exceptional original examples :)
Good, your answer means the restoration business in EU for these US cars is alive and well.
You seem to have fine examples of everything there.
Thanks for the answer, that's a beautiful showroom btw!
What happened to the red and white convertible with the 327 4 speed that Rawlings and Collins bought?
The real magic is in how close he parked that Mach 1 to the wall.
Lots of practice parking them ha!
How does it drive compared to modern cars? Is it good? Worse?
How do you guys get ahold of so many of these classic beauties? Are they just lying around in the bushes
Thank you, haha they are hard to find if I'm honest but its what we love to do! We only purchase the best examples in the UK. Anything fully restored, restored or just exceptional original examples :)
What’s the approximate 0-60 on a 66’ Mustang C-Code, with the 3 speed auto? I can’t seem to find any definite numbers online and am very curious of it.
Who cares? Only a complete nitwit would try and race this car.
By the time he hit the highway it took me a moment to realize he wasn't in America.
how much would you take less. I don’t have a lot of time on this earth and i want to leave it to my son
Surprised by the lack of wind noise.
The Mustang Convertible's are surprisingly good for that :)
qué precio tiene un mustang 1964 , sea convertible o no?
Depeneds on the condition you want it to be in and where your from
Hey Fella, you’re on the wrong side of the road!!!
Haha welcome to England!
@@RetroClassicCar , Thanks, lets go look at one of those Pub’s I’ve heard so much about, I would like to try a dark creamy beer.
The reason I found you and you’re fine Automobile, is I was looking for the car my dad owned when I was born in August of 65, my mother made him give it up because she was afraid I would climb out, he replaced it with a 56 4dr Belair Chevy, this was the closest I could find, the only difference is his had a wight top, he loved the car, it was his first new car that he picked out, his dad was wealthy, he claimed the front end would go into a role at 110mph, I really enjoy the ride from your perspective, it feels like I’m driving it, so every turn you made I was waiting for you to put the pedal to the floor, but I can completely understand you babying the beast, thank you for your time, love, and video, you wouldn’t happen to have a 65 tuxedo park Jeep? Luv ya, have a good one. My mom told me a story about the car, she said on the way to lake Lahaten one Sunday morning, he pulled over and stopped, she asked him why he stopped, he said he had a Dream the night before , and it involved being hit head on, and this was the spot, about the same time, a big 4x4 Ford pickup pulled into the oncoming lane to pass a line of cars.
