Great Video. There is a simplier way however. 2004 CRV - 1AAuto wanted only about $40 for a Black mirror, I order both sides so they would match. You do not need to unplug all the wires, Took less than 25 min. Follow the A1 instruct for popping door panel, no need to remove other plugs. You will have enough access to the Mirror cord to do all you need. Only remove the 4 phillips screws, pop the door panel and let it carefully hang while you unplug the mirror connection.both doors-very simple
Agreed. You just need to be able to keep the panel close, so that you don't stress the connection, while you are do the replacement. If you are uncertain, follow the video.
Superbly wonderful video! Just replaced the passenger side mirror on my mom's 2003 CR-V. Saved her almost $300 in the process over having it done at a dealer or private shop. It was slightly less complicated than the driver's side since there is no power mirror switch, trunk release, or power lock switch on that side. Thanks for posting this!!!!! Now I'm about to use your guide to replacing the cabin air filter. :)

Thanks for the good instructions and very good video. I could change the passenger side mirror (which is slightly simpler) using following the instructions on this video. Thanks a lot.
Great video! Regarding the waterproof seal on the inside of the panel, did you break the seal to get to the wires for the mirror? If so, how do you seal it back/do you need to? Thanks in advance
Understanding how to release the wiring clips, might be hardest thing, but if you follow the video, should be ok. The screws under two screws under the window control are at an angle, so lean down to locate them.

Great video.... what an absolutely moronic design. If they had made the connector for the mirror cable up by where the 3 bolts are to remove the mirror you wouldn't need to remove the entire door panel. I love this car but some of the designs make me very angry.
No, not likely. With changes in design and cosmetic appearance, most of these processes also change. Buy your auto parts from 1AAuto.com?RUclips&CTA%20Comment&ATony
The front right door key lock cylinder change video is out of reach, I have looked everywhere and on 1AAuto.com and on youtube, have you deleted it..??
Hi. Good video. I would like to see the procedure for Crv 2016. Please. Someone smash my passanger mirror and it's broken, but the glass is still fine.
