I don't need the whole unit replaced- just need to replace the mirror itself. How do you open the housing to install new mirror (which is available separately from housing)? Would love to see video on that! thanks

Thanks for posting! FYI, my 2004 CR-V has a triangular piece of black plastic that covers the mirror mount fasteners. I suspect others do too.
