Thank you very much for the update! I have in my older notes that you do first a staging laparotomy to exclude stage III/IV, I assume this is obsolete now and you just do the BM bx along with whole body PET?
Dr. Bolin, one simple question, if i remember correctly your previous lecture on HL mentioned when stage 1 is confirmed via imaging the excision alone of that node will suffice for treatment and no additional radio- or low dose chemotherapy is required, right?
