Good job fixing uncle's motor bike. Ms Chy, 1st step in (fault finding). Check for spark..!!! If you have spark, then it's probably a fuel issue, so THEN you can take the carburettor off etc. But ALWAYS check for spark FIRST..!!

I’m very sorry Chuc. I know you loved that little puppy. You showed that great heart of yours again by giving the man the puppy even with the pain it caused you. What kind of man takes a sweet lady’s puppy? I hope you can get another one to love. Nature helps to heal our souls but the animals help to heal our hearts and minds. Please try not to get too upset. You did save the puppy and helped it find the original owner. There is some good in that even though it probably just feels all bad right now. Excellent repairs today. As a tip the spark plug is always the first thing that I check when an engine will not start. Clean off any built up carbon with a brass brush and reset the gap. If that doesn't work then fit a new one 🙏🏻🙏🏻
That was a very good idea to use a metal patch for the joint on the exhaust pipe 👍👍 but please, please, do not wear your mechanics gloves when welding. They are made from a synthetic plastic material and if sparks touch your gloves they may melt and burn your beautiful skin. Please wear the proper welding gloves that I bought for you dear Chuc💗💗
