How to simulate this with the machine? Till today I didn't got a machine simulation video of additive manufacturing

Fusion 360 can simulate tool paths if the machine used is listed as Simulation Ready in the Machine Library. I just double-checked to see if any additive machines are flagged as simulation-ready. Currently, only subtractive machines are simulation-ready. You can use the Fusion 360 Machine Builder to define a new simulation-ready machine, but I don' think it supports additive at this time.

@@3DSteve52 yeah, I have tried to add my custom machine, in machine builder when I chose Additive manufacturing it doesn't give the options for machine kinematics. May be they will release in upcoming updates

i can't edit the pla. I don't understand why it request about 80 hours to do a printing simulation

Ivan, if you are choosing the PLA from the Fusion 360 Library, it is read-only because it is in the library. You can copy and paste it to the document or your own cloud library. This can be done through the right-click menu. Once it is in one of those locations, you should be able to edit the settings. Inside of that material will be settings for layer height, bed and nozzle temperatures, print speeds, and many more options. I hope this helps.

This video is showing an older version of Fusion and is no longer applicable. I recommend the following video instead: ruclips.net/video/gi9qvDDeziQ/видео.html
