How to add a fitting to fitting without a spool piece.?

How can I add new standart when i choose new route ? We use tubes and fittings by ГОСТ (GOST), so every time when I start new route I have to add it again. Because by default settings this standart doesn't exist there

Sir,I can not fixed the route due to that the pipe route line is not fixed ,& if I drag the line it is moving,even after model the pipe it can not be fixed so if I drag the pipe it is moving .Please solve my problem.
