The Reason is that we're Rushed for Mega May, a Monthly Event Centering into Mega Man and it's Robot Masters, and Also due to Super Slow Rendering and Perfomance, thanks for Attending.

yeah it should even Capcom themselves get it mixed with the mm4 robot masters and tundra man being credited to wily in the robot masters field guide (wily only made 32 out of 96 robots there is a whole video about this)
