Facts: Padme's decoy was played by a 13-year old Kiera Knightley. She was originally hired to be a costume model for Amidala's wardrobe, and George Lucas liked her so much he gave her the part as Padme's decoy. And when they made the costume switch, Portman and Knightley's own mothers couldn't tell them apart. Also, Tupac was set to audition to play Mace Windu before his death.
Two of my favorite Qui-Gon Jinn lines in this movie are: "The ability to speak does not make you intelligent" (So useable for so many people in real life) "There's always a bigger fish."
The end of the fight between Qui Gon, Obi Wan and Darth Maul shows the difference between Sith and Jedi very well. When the laser partitions separated Qui Gon and Maul from each other, the Jedi began to meditate, calming down, and the Sith, on the contrary, walked in a rage like a tiger in a cage, filling himself with emotions. And when Obi Wan attacked Maul after the death of his master, you can see that he was filled with rage, which took him out of balance, since this is not the way of the Jedi and he does not know how to handle it, and Darth Maul, being a Sith who has been raised inside the order since childhood, who on the contrary feeds himself with emotions, easily he was defeated and thrown into the mine, and only when Obi Wan was able to calm down and return to balance, he was able to defeat Maul
I think that the lightsaber battle of Episode 1 to 3 are the best of the whole franchise. It really feels like demigods that can see the future fighting with death blades. A single wrong step or miscalculation is the only difference between victory and death
If all star wars fans just stopped supporting Disney, and only supported fan films, Disney's star wars monopoly would end, and star wars would get so much better, both very quickly, but people don't do that, cause they complain and complain, but don't do anything about it.
Here is how the jedi rankings work from lowest to highest. Initiate, Youngling, Jedi Padawan (Obi-wan's rank in the movie), Jedi Knight (Obi-wan is promoted to this rank by Yoda after the fight with Maul), and Jedi Master (Qui gon's rank). There are alternate higher titles for a Jedi Master as well. They are Council Members (the jedi that tested Anakin's force sensitivity), Master of the Order (Mace Windu / Samuel Jackson's rank), and Grand Master of the Order (Yoda's rank). When you become a jedi knight you are allowed to take on a student and basically when your first student completes their training to become a knight then you get promoted to Jedi Master. There are alternative ways to become a jedi master as well such as being recognized for certain achievements by the council. As for council member the Jedi Council elects it's own members based on those who really stand out in the order after a long time. Also about Anakin having no father, Qui Gon believed that he may have been conceived by the force itself because there was finally a need for the chosen one to appear to bring balance to the Force. So he would essentially be a male clone of his mother. The reason why Qui Gon suspects he was conceived by the force is because there has never been a being born with that many midichlorians. Someone like Anakin would basically have unlimited potential. However your potential isn't entirely determined by midichlorian count. Take Obi-wan for example. He was barely force sensitive enough to become a jedi and despite that he worked hard to strengthen his connection with the Force and got stronger through hard work. He really proved himself when he took out Darth Maul.
Just to clarify, Anakin actually didn't have a father. The force really got his mom pregnant 😅 Anakin was literally a personification of the force, The Chosen One, The succesor of The Father. His birth was a will of the force.
In legends palpatine actually manipulated the force via midichlorians to literally create Anakin, so palpatine is essentially his father. Canon hasn’t disproved this being the case so it’s likely stays true to legends

I loved this movie as a kid. I still remember going to theaters with my dad who I was visiting only for that summer. I remember looking over to him when Anakin was leaving his mom behind and saw my dad crying. I didn't know why at the time. Despite all the hate the movie has had in the past, I always kept this one as my favorite of the Star Wars series to this day.
My best friend and I went to the theater so many times that summer to see this. We were 13. I swear just the hype leading up to it made me a Star Wars fan.
Interesting personal fact. Star Wars Episode 1 played such a massive big role for my family, that my uncle and I, as kids, me 10ish and him 18ish, were big into karate at the time and using wooden swords, we emulated that final conflict with Obi-wan vs Darth Maul perfectly, with him as the role of Obi-wan, and me as Maul, and able to do the entire fight almost at full speed, tho of course being very careful. That's how big of an impact Star Wars played in my family, especially the episode 1, where my grandfather took us to see it on opening day.
The reason why Maul didn't block Obi Wans attack was explained in one of the books. Long story short Maul was arrogant and he wanted to go full brute on Obi. He knew he had a higher ground and when Obi jumped over him he was like "wth? You were down there how did you end up here? I had you."
18:00 Maul is a Dathomirian Zabrak (the other kind of Zabrak are not naturally boosted in the Dark Side). Dathomir being one of the most prominent Dark Side aligned planets, from where also hail the Nightsisters (non-Sith Dark Side) cult, and I think, the whole Darth concept of the Sith, where they get extra powers by being "knighted" as a Sith Lord. I'm not too sure, that laying down under the repulsor lifts of a slow tank-like vehicle is that much more safe, than being under and actual tank. But a Gungan might think so. A landspeeder, going reasonably fast, and not too deep (too far from sea level compared to local gravity), maybe you'd break a bone or two, but you'd live, for sure. Watto said "I just so happen to have a luck die...", so yeah, he's basically saying outright it's weighted. Easy for Qui-Gon to just temporarily invert the weight. The Sandpeople are just fed up with the trespass in their sacred lands, and also noise from the pod racers, it gets loud in the canyon, and sounds a bit like several Krayt Dragons on a rampage, a cataclysmic event. So they try to shoot them. It's not safe for the crowd to observe from the canyon either, even in the stands, people have ocassionally been sniped, or injured by thermal detonators (when they could get some), or by their own primitive explosives. Anakin can catch up to Sebulba by coasting in his slipstream, there's a lot of directional movement to begin with... he puts more drag on it, by veering off on a ramp, so he can bring it back down to it's repulsor level faster with gravity and engines, straight down, now in 1st position. 45:43 This is how the Force works from a Jedi perspective. The Dark manifested in the leader of the Trade Federation kept Obi-Wan in the shaft - and in this case, it's immediate in effect. Now, Obi-Wan had a new option - Force Yeet, the one he was just reminded of, a few scenes earlier. Force Healers have been rare since before the High Republic, so last time the Sith Lords were the Sith problem, over a thousand years ago. The Jedi order mostly uses Soothe (like Obi-Wan does to Luke after he's assaulted by Sandpeople), which does some degree of actual healing as well. But they don't want any Dark Side exceptions for their healers, either, when medical droid technology, bacta, and pharmaceuticals, are abundant, and in many respects, even better, that all the healing anyone could hope to do, through the Force. So the Jedi pattern (easiest magic to invent/learn, when it is the dominant Light Side pattern, and/or the Cosmic Force is in either unbalanced state) is anti-healing at this point in time. Notice 13:46 and 19:27.
@@wesmcinerny4524 Pretty much yes, but those are some of the core aspects of Christ. And there are some ofher parallels, Palpatine basically being Satan for example
This is one of my favourite Star Wars. The design of Darth Maul is still such an ICONIC piece of media to this day. The TV Shows dive deeper into the story of the character
It's funny I guess being a teenager watching Star Wars original trilogy four or five times a week has sort of put them into a place where I don't really need to watch them as much but the prequels I feel like as if I can watch them again and again especially after they made Yoda CGI in episode 1 that to me was one of the things that had to happen comparing the the puppet that they made with trying to make him look younger when in reality that was not how Yoda would have looked like 50 years earlier or 20 years earlier because it hit the age he was in Return of the Jedi that would have been like no difference especially seeing as how we don't even know what kind of a alien he is to know whether or not they're breeding or their aging changes depending on other factors or whatever to know whether or not somebody would even regress somewhat so that the rubber puppet that they made it was probably closer to there being some people who were like no I didn't like that at all because I remember hearing it from people who were complaining about it after the movie saying that they felt that them doing the older puppet the way that they had done it saying that if they had left him exactly like he was an Empire Strikes Back Then they could have gotten into it more than if with the way that they they did it it made it look too much like a muppet and not enough like the way that he was once once they did the CGI for it.
Yes there was a game made for pod racing. Its called Star Wars: Racer and it was released on the N64, PC, Dreamcast and was re-released on switch, PS4 and XBOne
Fun fact, the fighting that obi wan and maul did near the end the swordsmanship is real both Ewan McGregor and the actor playing maul both are masters at sword fighting
I was 9 when this movie came out in 1999. The line was around the theater at midnight, my mom and I had to sprint in to find seats with everyone else. That opening music hit and people cheered their asses off, everyone was standing. I fucking love this movie, I’m so glad every beat hit just as hard for you as it did me.
I was 7 in 99, those blockbusters were no joke. 😂 Everyone's reaction when mauls second blade ignited, and duel of the fates started playing. Goosebumbs!
“Did they ever make a game about podracing?” Oh yes several and most are amazing. I have find memories of the arcade cabinets that were shaped like pods it was amazing.
I think the reason darth maul didn’t block obi wans attack was because, he was confused on what obi wan was trying to do and he didn’t realize him using the force to pick up qui gons lightsaber, so he wasn’t prepared to block the attack.
Also, people are are inconsistent. People do all manner of micro-mistakes for seemingly no reason, that is why trying to maintain the right frame of mind and keeping yourself in the zone is so important (and so hard to properly achieve, let alone consistently) in activities like sword fighting.
You are fighting a life-or-death battle with half a meter away from an endless abyss. Whatever plan Obi-Wan had shouldn't interest Maul. Obi-Wan had no business jumping over him like that, bad logical execution of the moment/scene for me.
Main reason why Qui Gon died was because of a lot of factors. One, he was fighting a much younger opponent. Two, the way he was fighting is called form 4 Ataru. That form of fighting is solely focused on offense and that form leaves the torso very open. After seeing that, Obi wan starts using form 3 soresu which mostly defense and gave Obi-Wan the name of the greatest defensive jedi. Also fun fact, after Obi-Wan tells and teaches Anakin how he defeated Maul, Anakin starts to use a hologram training dummy specifically one that he made to look like Maul and he practices the same way Obi-Wan sliced maul
The better explaination for Jar-Jar's clumsiness that got him banished: He was to prepare food for Boss Nass' party at his mansion but his clumsiness caused the gasser, a large plasma-fired grill, to explode, which caused the mansion to flow. Realizing that the Boss' heyblibber, a luxary sub, kinda like a sports car or a limo, would get smashed by the collapsing mansion, he got to the garage and drive it to safety but he caused it to crash in his panic. So he was banished.
An interesting fact for you about force pushing another jedi. A jedi creates a field that interferes with the force around them based on their base power level and focus. So you can force push a jedi, but it might not work. Best time to do it is when you've caught them off guard or have them paying attention to something else.

1. Of the prequels I like this one the best mostly for the POD race and the underwater sequences, 2. Jar Jar is mostly comic relief since we don't have C3PO 3. Liam Neeson was very busy with various productions at the time and was in huge demand and agreed to do this episode because Qui-Gon Jinn dies, and he won't be held to do more. 4. Devine conception? 5. It's easy to know why this one didn't start the series because of the lack of CGI back in 1977.

All Jedi Palawan’s (apprentices) are taken from their families at a very young age to begin training so they don’t form attachments, but contrary to this their master becomes like a father / mother figure to them hence why when Qui-Gon Jin died obiwan went into a bit of a rage mode during that final lightsaber fight as he basically saw his father figure die. Just some context for you :)
@@glenmartin7978I think this is one of the earliest examples of the greatest flaw of Jedi. They refuse to use the Force in its whole, and that’s why the dark side is so tempting in the first place - it’s like the edge of a cliff. Jedi stand safely back, when they should be training to balance on the edge. When a Jedi is tempted to the edge, they have no experience balancing it, so they fall. That’s the greatest flaw with the Council.

Okay, Anakin wasn't going to become a sith, the jedi were just being paranoid back then. But they were so paranoid that they treated him like trash so he didn't held any positive feelings for the jedi, he had good intentions but a lot of traumas (slavery stuff) and the jedi just told him to man up instead of crying over his mom and his traumas. He ended up becoming a sith because of that whole thing about: "The village neglect the child so the child grow up to set fire on the village" or something like that.
They have actually made a game that includes the podrace. The game is called “Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga” and it’s a remake of my and many others childhood game called “Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga”. The game lets you play through the 9 episodes within Star Wars with mostly every character. You can explore multiple giant planets, and relive your favorite Star Wars moments through the story mode. Highly recommend this game!
There was a lot of unfounded hate for Jar Jar when this came out. People even harassed, bullied, and threatened the actor who played him, Ahmed Best, so much that he nearly took his own life. I've never understood why people thought it was OK to treat him like that, and many still believe that kind of behavior is ok.

About Anakin building C-3PO: There is a comic showing a scene of Vaders Pov during the Cloud City struggle in Episode V the empire strikes back. In this scene Vader finds the parts of C-3PO is reminiscing for a few seconds and then ordering his troopers to bring the droid to the wookie so he can rebuild him.
They did make a podracing game called Star Wars: Episode 1 Racer. Not a very original name, but to me it is one of the most solid and easy to learn racing games of all time. I think it was made a year before Phantom Menace. I own it on the Switch and my PC emulated now, but the original system it was on was the N64. If you can look past some of the old graphics, its a great way to experience just how fast one of those pods really can go. It has a ton of races too, and it's multiplayer, so there's tons of replay value. I know, because my older brother and I, after nearly twenty years of playing it, still get together and compete like it's our first time turning it on... Good times!
The first star wars movie I watched. One day my dad introduced me to the movies and I started with the prequel and then the modern trilogy and then came the sequel trilogy. That lightsaber battle with Kenobi, Qui-gon and Maul is definitely one of the best. Love Star Wars so much. 💫
there is a roughly 2 hour long animated movie called clone wars micro series (its the 2d anime one) in between episodes 2 and 3 I would watch it, it makes u understand episode 3 way more and the fights in this are genuinely some of the best in any star wars project ever.

The other Hutt that is next to Jabba is Gardulla, the one who owned Anakin and Shmi before she lost them to Watto. Like Jabba, she's another Hutt crime boss but they're not related.
I was 13 or 14 when this movie came out. And I remember being so excited the whole time. I loved the originals, watched the VHS to death, was obsessed with the books and comics and all of it. And I had a great time. And then I went back and watched it again and left just kinda feeling...empty? And I've never gotten over that. Like, this movie is the only star wars movie, ever (at least. Until the sequels.) that left me feeling worse than when I started watching it. And that was such a sad realization. Like, if it weren't Star Wars, I'd have hated it. I can understand enjoying it the first time through, but I can never really forgive it for that.
There is indeed a video game and an arcade machine for Star Wars Pod Racing. The arcade machine in particular is dope af because, instead of buttons, a wheel, or controller, you actually have levers like Anakin's for controlling your pod. It's so much fun 👍
Yoda trained all the younglings before they became Padawans and found Masters, so technically Obi-Wan did still learn from him before being paired with Qui-Gon. Yoda also trained him to manifest himself as a ghost, as Qui-Gon taught him.
Form 3 of lightsaber combat is the one used to block blaster bolts back at an enemy. Obi-Wan would be later called the greatest master of form 3 during the events of the Clone wars and its one of the reasons he could face off against a Jedi killer like General Grievous (who you will see in episode 3) multiple times during the clone wars and live to tell the tale. In his first appearance Grievous took on several Jedi at once 2 of which were members of the Jedi high council at the time and defeated them all with only the council members barely surviving the event. Obi-Wan took Grievous on several times one on one and fought to a stand off during the clone wars cartoon series and faces him again in episode 3. Grievous had in his possession 30 different lightsabers many of which he took from the Jedi he personally took out.
Darth Maul is a humanoid like species called a Dathomirian which they reside on a planet called Dathomir. Most of the male population does reside on the planet Irodonia but there are some males that do reside on the planet Dathomir.
For what it is and even what others hate about it, it is a beginning and that beginning was epic in every way.
My best friend and I went to the theater so many times that summer to see this. We were 13. I swear just the hype leading up to it made me a Star Wars fan.
@@kaygee2121 I saw it the same day I saw The Mummy with Brendon Frasier.
@@charliebrownie4158you went to watch The Mummy starring Brendan Fraser, with Brendan Fraser? Damn bet that was something else
The queens ship is my favorite in all of Star Wars! The minimal sleekness like you said...and so shiny too. There are some close runner-ups though.
I hope you didn't get cut in half as well bro
Im loving this series as a huge Star Wars fan. I'm watching you finally enjoy this series.
Anakin was in fact, conceived by the Force. He is the Jesus of Star Wars
Actually, the fact that he is strong with the Force and that he had no mortal father is where the similarities end.
The prequels are amazing
There was also Racer's Revenge for the PS2. Takes place during the time of Attack of the Clones.
Yeah, I played the first.
Ord Ibanna was always a pain to race...!
I have it on ps4😅
Fun fact, the fighting that obi wan and maul did near the end the swordsmanship is real both Ewan McGregor and the actor playing maul both are masters at sword fighting
I was 9 when this movie came out in 1999. The line was around the theater at midnight, my mom and I had to sprint in to find seats with everyone else. That opening music hit and people cheered their asses off, everyone was standing. I fucking love this movie, I’m so glad every beat hit just as hard for you as it did me.
I was 7 in 99, those blockbusters were no joke. 😂
Everyone's reaction when mauls second blade ignited, and duel of the fates started playing. Goosebumbs!

Always makes me laugh when people say anakin was an old man when he died because he was only 46 lmfao
I believe the actor was a bit older than that
@@passionsquietrage I'm not talking about the actor I'm talking about how old Anakin actually was when he died not the actor
@@TheShadow8771 I know that, I'm just saying the actor was older than his character.
I think the reason darth maul didn’t block obi wans attack was because, he was confused on what obi wan was trying to do and he didn’t realize him using the force to pick up qui gons lightsaber, so he wasn’t prepared to block the attack.
Actually it all happened REALLY fast and he just didnt have time to react, this was badly portrayed in the movie though so I get the confusion.
Arrogance is the reason just like Anakin later on. Maul just killed his master and knows Obi-Wan is just a Padawan. Hubris and overconfidence
20:41 I think Don is secretly a jedi who let's out his knowledge of the force slide.
An interesting fact for you about force pushing another jedi. A jedi creates a field that interferes with the force around them based on their base power level and focus. So you can force push a jedi, but it might not work.
Best time to do it is when you've caught them off guard or have them paying attention to something else.

Just so you know, Boss Rugor Nass is a Gungan just like Jar Jar. He's just a Gungan of a certain breed.
1. Of the prequels I like this one the best mostly for the POD race and the underwater sequences,
2. Jar Jar is mostly comic relief since we don't have C3PO

Anakin is space Jesus and that's why he is so powerful so young
Between episodes II and III, i recommend watching the 2003-05 Clone Wars micro-series. It nicely connects the two movies and is pretty great all around

Your reactions to the Jedi and especially Darth Maul were fantastic.
Always nice to find a new reaction channel where the host *actually* reacts!
So Technically Obi-Wan was only able to defeat Maul because he was drawing from The Dark Side as he was angry about his Master being killed
@@glenmartin7978 technically yeah
@@glenmartin7978I think this is one of the earliest examples of the greatest flaw of Jedi. They refuse to use the Force in its whole, and that’s why the dark side is so tempting in the first place - it’s like the edge of a cliff. Jedi stand safely back, when they should be training to balance on the edge. When a Jedi is tempted to the edge, they have no experience balancing it, so they fall. That’s the greatest flaw with the Council.
@@inorexablechaos1139 That is what I liked about Legends material, Luke's New Jedi are encouraged to have relationships and marry but they still don't turn Dark apart from Han and Leia's oldest Son who did turn to the Dark. Luke had a more balanced style of teaching in Legends while in Disney they turn completely away from this
Okay, Anakin wasn't going to become a sith, the jedi were just being paranoid back then. But they were so paranoid that they treated him like trash so he didn't held any positive feelings for the jedi, he had good intentions but a lot of traumas (slavery stuff) and the jedi just told him to man up instead of crying over his mom and his traumas. He ended up becoming a sith because of that whole thing about:
"The village neglect the child so the child grow up to set fire on the village" or something like that.
“The child who is not embraced by the village, will burn it down to feel its warmth.”
25:45 There was in fact an Episode I Podracer game! It was at least on the Nintendo 64, but I'm also pretty sure there was a full arcade machine.

Ive seen this film so many times and ive only just noticed that Anakin is the young boy in "Jingle All The Way" 🤣
25:44 “have they ever made a game of this” Lego Star Wars the pod racing level used to be soooooooo hard that game is goated tho
Without this movie i never would have known or be interested in star wars

Qui gon is Obi-wan's master but yoda teaches all the younglings (the kids). That's why Obi wan said yoda trained him
You should finish watching the rest of this prequel trilogy then watch Rogue One because it fits into the overall saga. You’ll get a lot more out of it having watched the prequel and original trilogies. It is a pivotal part of the saga.
Shmee Skywalker legit was impregnated by the force. He's space Jesus.

Dang! I wanted to see your first-time reaction to seeing Maul activating his double bladed lightsaber.
there is a roughly 2 hour long animated movie called clone wars micro series (its the 2d anime one) in between episodes 2 and 3 I would watch it, it makes u understand episode 3 way more and the fights in this are genuinely some of the best in any star wars project ever.

BTW episode 1,2,3 was filmed after episode 4,5,6 that is why the film looks better its a prequel to the older ones
Yoda trained all the younglings before they became Padawans and found Masters, so technically Obi-Wan did still learn from him before being paired with Qui-Gon. Yoda also trained him to manifest himself as a ghost, as Qui-Gon taught him.
Her: How skilled are you with your mouth?
Me: 8:20
Form 3 of lightsaber combat is the one used to block blaster bolts back at an enemy.
25:45 Yes, there have been a few podracing video games, including a classic one on the Nintendo 64.
Darth Maul is a humanoid like species called a Dathomirian which they reside on a planet called Dathomir. Most of the male population does reside on the planet Irodonia but there are some males that do reside on the planet Dathomir. The planet itself is ruled over the female population in which they call themselves the Nightsisters. The Nightsisters practice a force like ability but it is very dark and they use it for their own gain, they are not Jedi nor Sith and they do not side with any side only if it benefits them. They also use a number of abilities which can vary from becoming invisible to raising their fallen people to overrun the enemy forces.
Yes the force literally got her pregnant, watch the other 2 and you’ll understand why he went to the dark side, and yes there are hella Star Wars games
Thank you. I didn't want to write this without giving too much away also.
His mom is basically the Virgin Jedi(like the Virgin Mary but with the Force).
FINALLY DON! YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE THE TRILOGY NOW
Cant wait for your reaction to the next two movies, episode 3 is by far the darkest of all the films
25:44 "Have they ever made a game of the racing?"
Yes they have! "Star Wars: Episode 1 Racer" an arcade racing game from 1999, the graphics might be outdated but it's still a gem and avaiable on Steam for small money. You can unlock and tuning every podracer from the movie, plus some more! It has a lot of tracks all over the Star Wars galaxy and some are realy hard. One of my favorite racing games of all time, you should try it!
To be a Jedi, they are brought into the order at one or two years of age, if they are brought in at a older age then they would potentially have a great attachments to those closest to them, leading them down the path to the dark side.
20:42 nah man this is one of the few times in star wars where they mean it literally lol. Sort of like a biblical reference to the virgin mary. There literally was no father
They did make a game after Pod Racing actually. Was one of the few racing games I enjoyed as a kid on the N64. Best I can remember it's on Steam right now and I'm seriously tempted to get it again and relive those days.
Jar Jar Binks is one of my favorite characters in all of Star Wars, Don't @ me.
There’s a game of the racing on the N64 and they rereleased on switch it’s actually a really good game that holds up to this day.
Yes it’s in the past because 1 comes before 4. Maths. Spoiler: episodes 7-9 happen in the future, after ROTJ.

I still remember watching this for the first time as a kid and how it blew my mind that a double bladed lightsaber was a real thing
Darth mall is not a jedi. He is a sith apprentice.
In Legends lore, The Emperor and his master, Darth Plagueis, meditated for two weeks straight to essentially fight the Force itself into submission, causing the Dark Side to become more prominent and powerful. The Force retaliated by creating a being that would be powerful enough to defeat the Sith, enter Anakin Skywalker. But Plagueis sadly discovers who Anakin is, and pieces together what he is. Hence why the Emperor buddies up to him as a kid.
Fun fact: Anakin Skywalkers mother was impregnated by the sith master of the emperor/Palpatine his name was darth plaguse and he was so strong and lit with the force he could creat life "winkwink" anakins mom, then the emperor/Palpatine killed his master and that his why his mom doesn't know how or why she got pregnant that's why she said what she says about the no father thing.
Also Palpatine in ep 3 rots tells Anakin the whole story fr with out him actually knowing what hes talking about, its genius I can't wait to see you watch ep 2 and 3 each one gets better and better fr

Remember when the Bar Tender in A New Hope said "we don't serve their kind" pointing to the droids? This is the reason why, a lot of people didn't really trust droids after the Clone Wars! The fish you're thinking of is a manta ray! No, she gave birth without a Father, Anakin was made from the Force! Jabba's Aide with the "tentacles" is from a race called Twi'leks, same race as the blue hotties massaging Sebulba and Oola, the dancing girl in Jabba's Palace from Return of the Jedi. The protrusions from either side of their head are called Lekku and are very sensitive. They are also used to communicate as they move independently. Male Twi'leks usually have larger bulbous heads and thicker lekku than females. Females are known to be very attractive and are well adept in the arts whether in be painting or dance which a lot are made to do as the Twi'leks are a mostly enslaved race and the women are put to work for entertainment or pleasure!!
There were several games based from the prequel films one of which was Star Wars Racer that I believe is still available to download on PlayStation! I use to play it loads on the PS2 back in the day!!!
Darth Maul's species is called Zabrak and they come from the Planet Dathomir. You: "can you heal him with the Force" Every true Star Wars fan: face palms themselves! This'll make sense when you start watching Disney Star Wars. It's not the same as the original 6 films with exception of Rogue One, and shows like the first two seasons of the Mandalorian, the animated shows and Andor.
